Pio ?
Hi Ladies - just curious. What dose of PIO are you taking? I started yesterday at 1 CC or ML and today it is upped to 2CCor ML it just looks like soooooo much. Just curious. Thanks

I am doing the 1cc. But as i was researching pio i found that many people are on the 2cc.

Jenna-31 PCOS Mark-29 All is good  Sox and Cali (cats)10/30/07: Follistim Leuprolide ; 11/12/07 : Ovidrel Trigger; 11/14: Egg Retrieval, 8 mature eggs retrieved; 11/15: 6 out of 8 fertilized; 11/19: 4 out of 6 made it to blasts, with 2 grade AA, and 2 grade BA, Transferred the 2 grade AA's and froze the 2 others. 11/28: It's a for us  Beta #1 - 142, Progesterone greater than 4011/30: Beta #2 - 316 12/5: 1st u/s thick lining and large ovaries but no sac yet, Beta #3 - 2571 12/11: Beta #4 - 14742, progesterone still greater than 40 2nd u/s we see 2 sacs, IT'S TWINS!!!! WOO HOO  12/18: 3rd u/s Fetus and Heartbeat seen in both sacs  12/26: 4th u/s heard hearbeats 3/3 both babies look good 3/12 Water Broke 3/14 mark jr born at 20 weeks .... 3/15 darryn born at 20 weeks... 6/30 FET-2 blasts July 08- Chemical or partial implantation 8/7- start lupron 9/2- Provera.. lining too thick and cysts 9/12-still no af-pio shot

I start on 1cc in about one week, but after two days of that it's up'ed to 2cc.

My dose was first day 1/2cc, second day 1cc, and third day on has been 2cc.

I did 1cc but I was also on suppositories, when RE said I could stop PIO I cut it back to 1/2cc for the last 5 days (but continued suppositories for 3 more weeks)

IVF #1 BFP but m/c at 8 weeks IVF #2 BFN IVF#3 BFN FET May 1,2008 Beta#1 11dp5dt=78 Beta#2 13dp5dt=173 Beta#3 15dp5dt=397 1st U/S 5/23 at 5w6d 1 bean possible h/b flicker? 2nd U/S 5/30 measuring 6w3d (actually 6w6d) with a h/b of 121!!!! 3rd U/S 6/11 measuring 8w2d (actually 8w4d) with a h/b of 176 released to OB 9/3 20 week fetal growth u/s heartbeat 164, very active baby but now keeping an eye on a low lying placenta EDD 1.18.09

RE had me do 1cc the first night then 2cc everyday after that. I am to do 1cc in the morning and 1cc at night. I was down to 1 1/2 cc up until I had some spotting and had to go back to two injections a day.

I started the day before my ET and have been taking 1cc a day. That's the same as my IVF.

IVF#1 - BFP, but m/c at 6w5d FET#1 -- Natural cycle (low meds) ET - 6/27 - Transferred 2 (6A, 4A) -HPT on 7/7 Beta #1 - 7/7 - (10dp3dt) #114! Beta #2 - 7/9 - (12dp3dt) #272 Beta #3 - 7/17 - (20dp3dt) #5993 First U/S - 7/24 - 1 perfect bean - & 1 (vanishing?) twin Second U/S - 8/12 - TWO perfect beans! OMG! Released to OB. NT scan - 9/4 - Two bouncing perfect babies! But bloodwork showed possible issues. Amnio scheduled for 10/7. Anatomy scan (10/16) EDD - March 17, 2009

I did 1/2cc 6 dys befor ET, then 1cc till the day after ET then they upped it to 1 & 1/2 cc, then back down to 1cc for a bit but my p4 dropped to 13 so now I am up to 1 & 1/2 again at least for the next week. Then we will see.
