FET Betas?

Is it true that FET Betas tend to be lower then Betas from a fresh transfer? I vaguely recall reading that in a post somewhere but I can't find it. HELP! My Beta today was 175, 14dp3dFET.

That sounds like a great beta! The general theory, but I'm not sure there's any studies behind it, is that FETs implant later, so the betas would lag behind those from a fresh cycle.

I think your beta looks great. My 14dp3dt was only 150 with a fresh cycle - you're looking good! Good luck!

I did mine at 8dpt and they said that was a day early. I think it is supposed to always be 9 days, but RE may have a diff idea. They did mine early b/c it fell on a friday and wanted me to get results b4 the weekend.

Your beta sounds just right. My betas were as follows and so far so good: 11dp5dt it was 78 and then at 13dp5dt it was 173

Mine seemed really low to me too. 8dp6dt - 65, 12dp6dt - 289, 15dp6dt - 479. I think there really is something to FET betas being lower. your number looks great to me.

FutureMom - I think your answer to Irena's question will clarify if you're Beta is too early or right on the money.

TamTam - First congrats! Second, have you found any additional about FET Betas anywhere else? If so, please share. Someone sent me this link...hCG Levels : American Pregnancy Association Take a look and let me know what you think.

Thank you all for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences. You're feedback has really helped to calm my nerves (although I don't know that our nerves ever truly reach a point of calm (lol). For example, now I'm on pins and needles waiting to hear about Beta #2! However, recently I've seen a lot of threads on the boards about Betas that didn't "exactly" double but went on to be healthy pregnancies so I'm not too worried but I am dying to see where my numbers are going to be.
