Hi Linz!! So good to see someone around here. Wow getting started again!! How exciting. I bet you just can't wait. I sure hope clomid is the ticket for you. That would be so wonderful. I bet Blue wants to be a big brother lol.
Jake is doing great. He is 5 1/2 months old now. Rolling over, and babbling like crazy. I am still breastfeeding him cause he has refused to take a bottle. His daycare provider can get him to take a sippy cup though hehe. I guess we will skip the bottle all together. Hope everyone else is doing good, and hope to hear some updates.

Hi everyone! Sam and Alex are both calm for the moment
-It's been a rough month since we all got thrush and I haven't gotten rid of it on myself yet. We're also working on babyproofing the house since they're getting pretty mobile just by rolling around. Alex already has 3 teeth! Sam has no sign of any. Right now they're super grumpy and clingy and I'm counting the minutes until my mom comes tomorrow night to stay for two weeks. Sometimes, okay, lots of times, there's just more baby needs than there is mommy to give. Pretty soon, though, we should hit that magic 6 month developmental mark and things should improve!

This is my first time posting, so I am still learning
This will be my 3rd try with IVF, and it will be my 1st FET. I am really nervous. I have 3-8 cell grade 1 eggs that were frozen on my last stimulation cycle. We were so positive that we were pregnant during this last cycle which was in July. We were so sad when the 1st beta came back positive, but too low to hold the pregnancy. Then we found out that it must have been a chemical pregnancy. Our doctor told us we should go straight into another cycle, so that is what we are doing. I am just hoping and praying so much. So is my husband. I have been a mom before. I had a beautiful baby boy named Kayden when I was 20. There was an awful accident, and he died when he was 23 months old. My body had some sort of auto immune response due to my extreme depression and stress and killed off my eggs. I now have DOR. I cannot imagine not being pregnant and having another baby. It is the only miracle in the world I would ask for. Sorry for the lengthy post. I went through the last 2 cycles with so many questions and not very much support outside of family and friends, and thought maybe this would be a better route. Is there anything I could do at home to up the chances?

Leslie I am so very sorry for your loss. I just can't imagine what you must have went through. Sorry your last cycle was a disapointment, but looks like your getting another chance at it. my fresh cycle failed as well and I went on to get pregnant with my first FET. I sure hope this is your miricle you sure deserve it. I really believe in FET's cause they are so much less stressful on your body. When will you start the process?? Please update when you can. Your in my prayers for sure!

Leslie, I'm so sorry for your loss, how awful.
Lots of support around here! Check out other threads for people going through the cycle at the same time as you. This place was invaluable for me when I did IVF and FET and look where it got me! ![]() There are a few things that some people swear by in helping FETs work, but I don't have time to type them out, sorry. Ask around about turkey, pineapple, bed rest, advanced hatching, how many to put back, etc. Good luck! ![]()

So just checkin in on the off chance someone is still around. Linz I see your on a new cycle!! I am keeping my fingers crossed for you. What a wonderful Christmas gift that would make. How is everyone doin?? We are doing great. Jake is almost 9 months old, and a very busy boy. He has 5 teeth and likes to use them while nursing!! No good lol. We just moved into a new house and now have lots of room for the boys to run. Although it was sad to leave the house I brought my two babies home to. With the market the way it is who know when we will be able to sell that sucker. Well I am sitting here while Jake is bathing and of course as soon as I get on the computer he gets impatient and wants out. Hope all is well with everyone, and sure hope to hear some updates.

Hello Everyone! My name is Jessica and I am going to be doing a fet in either December or January. Well it's kind of a funny story...We are using a gestational carrier. I had a successful IVF 2 and half years ago and my son is doing great! I had a near fatal pregnancy and I cannot carry again. We have 3 frozen blasts that have been checked using PGD. We have our Surrogate and we are waiting for the clinic to give us a starting date for her meds. I am here looking for others doing a fet so I can feelmore involved. I used this site when I was trying to conceive my first and now I'm back. Good Luck to everyone! I will be checking in to see how everyone is doing.
Jess

Hey Lori! Glad to hear everything is going well! I sympathize with your breastfeeding pain - Alex has 8 teeth and Sam 2!
Linz, I'll be thinking of you today and your follie count! We're still plugging along here. Everytime I think I can take a breath, something else changes. They're both crawling and pulling up to stand. Sam is determined to walk by Christmas! They're enjoying solids and make messes with self-feeding. They're not sleeping through the night at all or napping happily, but I don't want to scare anyone! ![]() Here's a pic from August when they hit 6 months and one from more recently.

Welcome Jessica! I'm sorry to hear about your pregnancy scare last time. Great though that you're all lined up for #2! A friend of mine just gave birth as a surrogate and talked about what a wonderful experience it was. How many of the 3 embies are you planning on transferring? This thread's a little dead right now, you might have more action on another. ![]()

Jessica- Wishing you all the best on your upcoming FET! There is much success here! This thread isnt very active these days - mostly a bunch of FET's from last year. You are welcome to join us- but you would probably find more activity on either a December or January FET buddies group. All the best to you!
Ryan- how are you?! Wow its been a long time! I cant believe Jake is 9 months! Wow! Good for you for still nursing - thats wonderful! Sounds like you may be approaching the end with your toothy little boy you have! lol How exciting with the move! Are you in the same general area? Thats aonderful you have so much more room! Jake will be up and running with his brother sooner than later! Is the ousing market still pretty rough where you are? Have you buried a St. Joseph statue? There is a prayer and belief that if you bury a St. Joseph statue- it will help you sell your house. Check out a hallmark store- they sell little kits! So what else is new? I'm sure you're looking forward to all the upcoming holidays! Is Jake still your little butterball?! lol And how is work? Still there just a few days a week? Yes- we are doing another cycle- well - kind of! Still on a FET break- they're just so expensive! And we're trying to pay off all the other ones first! So we did a clomid cycle in September to no avail. And were going to just do another clomid cycle this month- but my RE wanted to me do follistim- thought it would give us a better chance- and- they donated all the follistim for free and are helping us out! SO NICE! I go in this afternoon ofr a second follie check- last Wednesday I had smal ones- yikes!!! We're just doing follistim with BD- so that would be wayyyyy toooo many- and if there are still that many- we will just cancel teh cycle- hopefully we just have a few leaders that continued to grow(we dropped my follistim in half last week). We also are moving! How funny! Bigger house- more room for our business and my little boy to run- lol- you know I mean my Blue! lol We close on December 4th. Luckily we sld our house in a month- we were so lucky! And we sold it a wekk after we buried St. Joesph- so thats why I brought up that whole deal! you guys take care- we'll have to check in more often! How is everyone else? Irena, Audra, Teri, Joanne, know I am missing more.. Lindsay
