Vickie-Sounds like you may have your hands full

Booch- Sorry I was hoping it was an hpt. So sorry it didn't work.

Linz- Thanks. I am feeling better now. I am an RDA (registered dental asst.) I work 8-12 4 days a week. Basically for fun money and free dental for family. My son goes to preschool a couple days a week and then my dh stays home with him too. He's a Deputy so his schedule accomidates for that.

Terri- Hope all went well today and you are PUPO

I am preparing for our first FET in September! Anxiety has creeped in, so I thought I would read this forum for support and encouragement! I read a lot of posts before my first IVF but never joined, so this is my first time becoming a member. Hope all is well. I look forward to getting to know you all. Looks like we will be doing the transfer the third week in September... Ordered medicines this week and as I remember the pharmacy is having trouble with my insurance company......just one of the several perks in this crazed fertility journey. HAHA

Linz-
We are truly in the same boat! Look at our history. You had OHSS, I had OHSS ( You had way more embies then I did). We are both on our second FET. My transfer I believe is going to be the 8th of Sept. My office does not waste any time, which is kind of nice. Hopefully we will be nesting together!

Booch-
I am so sorry . I had the same thing happen a week ago. Many of us are in the same boat. Stay strong. It is really hard to swallow (I cried all day), but we have to keep the end in sight. I promise it will get better.

Lizzie-
Have you spoken to your doc's office and try to get an explanation of the embryos. I would definitely try to get an answer.

Kimi- I know- I noticed that too! You office is quick-but thats great! I do have more embies- but arent't yours blasts? Mine were all frozen on day 2- so while there are many- hey aren't real developed yet. Last cycle they had to thaw 5 o get 3 good ones to transfer. September is our month!!!!

Ryan- I sure wondered if you were a Dental Assistant just the way you talked! I was/have been an Assistant for 8 years (still fill in for the last office I worked at once in a while) until my husband and I took over this photography business last year. Now I run our business from home. I worked in a very hands on office, with a few great gals, and miss it very much sometimes! I will again live vigariously through you!

Lukesmom! I'm so glad you finally posted!!! September is going to be a great month for the FET thread- there are a few of us transferring right around the same time as you. Oh insurance- you have to love them. Hopefully they'll get it straightened out-its always something on this infertility journey!

Lukesmom - so glad you joined us!

Wasn't Dre's u/s today? Has anyone heard from her?

Booch That's weird that they are having you sit out a month. They told me I could go right in to another cycle if I got a neg. Did they say why? 8 more is great - are they all blasts?

Jill The IF meds are a killer. I was so frustrated b/c they told me to lose weight and then had me on all the meds - I mean come on!

Vickie so glad the transfer went well. you are officially PUPO!!

Where is Terri? I am worried.....

My RE was unable to give us any answers. I have requested my records and a picture of the embryos that did not survive the thaw. I specifically requested the notes from the lab. I am picking them up tomorrow and we have a consultaiton with a different RE on Saturday morning. I still am not sure we are going to move to another RE. I actually dread the thought as this would be a second move for us. We started out with one for IUIs and switched when we moved on to IVF. I actually like my RE. I'm just a little iffy about the lab. If a the new RE tells me it was not a lab issue, I might stay put. But if someone gives me answers my RE could not, I will have to go.

Booch,
I am so sorry about your BFN - I can only imagine how difficult this is for you. Hopefully October will be here before you know it. Congrats on having 8 embies waiting for you.

Lua,
Congrats on getting your schedule - you're off and running.

Jill,
Tomorrow's the big day, I'm so excited for you. Hope you have a good night sleep and you're reunited with your embies ASAP.

Vickie,
Way to go girl. You are PUPO with triplets! Your story had me totally lol with your stubborn little embie. Sounds like a fighter. Have fun with Princess time.

Lizzie,
Thanks again for your kind words. I'm so excited you get a chance for some follow up so soon. My thoughts are with you.

Hey gang, I'm home and on Princess time. Things went great today. I must be the only person in the world without a laptop so I might not be able to check in as often. I'm on bedrest until Saturday. So out of the 2 embies we planned on transferring, the 3AA thawed at 100% and the 6BB thawed at 95%. I get the feeling no one thought the 6BB would do this well so we're calling him our little fighter. So thanks again for all the warm wishes. Have fun and good luck tomorrow and I'll check in when I can.

Terri- you tell that little figher to stay put! Rest up and we'll see you in a few days.

Jill good luck tomorrow!

Lizzie- keep us posted on the RE situation- I think a second opinion is alwsys a good idea. I hope they have some insight for you.

Audra-Dre didn't get good news yesterday- she has a thread on the after fertility tx section. We all need to say lots of prayers for her next u/s on monday.

Take care girls- goodnight!

Lizzie I think you're doing the right thing. A second unbiased opinion is a great idea. Hopefully you'll get some answers on Sat.

Terri You're PUPO with twins!! I'm glad you're home and enjoying your princess time!

Linz Thanks for telling me about Dre. I found the thread and am so sad for her. Hoping that on Monday they get a hb - that can happen.

Lukesmom - glad to have you aboard!

Irena & Audra - My dr. is making me wait till oct. because they said they wanted the meds all out of my system !? Audra that's weird that Mineola would let you start right away and Stonybrook doesn't. I said to the nurse, I thought I would be able to start right away, but she said no . The 8 I have left are blasts and I know I have an AA and an AB. The rest are AB's and AC's.

Terri - Congratulations on being PUPO! Enjoy your princess time!

Does anybody know how I can change my signature?

To change your signature, go to your User CP (link is on the top left of your page) and go to Edit Signature. Is there something in particular you're trying to do?

Irena - thanks for the info. I just wanted to enter my results and next fet date.

Lindsay - I figure my actual et date should be either the 16 or 17 of oct. But I'll be checking in to see how everyone is progressing, hopefully seeing many 's and if this thread is still up in oct. I'll be back!

Good Luck to everyone!
