Turkey?

When I did my fresh cycle, there was lots of talk about turkey, pineapple, and grape juice. Pineapple (with the core) was to be eaten daily for 5 days following ET along with the grape juice. I plan to do this again. There was also talk about eating turkey before ER. So - does this apply in any way to an FET cycle? Obviously, we don't have ER, but I know it was supposed to in some way help prepare the lining. Anyone?

The recommendation I heard was to eat the turkey in between ER and ET because it helps the lining somehow. I would think it would still help with a FET. Turkey is good for you anyway, so it couldn't hurt!

We made a turkey for dinner about a week before transfer and then I ate turkey sandwiches for lunch for a few days after that. I figured I like turkey and it couldn't hurt. I also did the pineapple and grape juice - yummy. Don't know if it helped, but hey they are all good for you anyway, so why not.
Hugs
