Fet Worked!! Pregnant!
I'm actually pregnant after 2 years and 2 failed IVFs!!!
its still so surreal that we are very cautious! but just had our 3rd beta yesterday and u/s - and beta was over 14,000 and the drx. confirmed TWINS!!   I am just so emotional with tears - its been a hard struggle and i feel like its something that will never leave me and all of us that have to go through this. I pray for many  from all of you and please pray that my pregnancy continues!Does anyone know how common miscarriages are and vanishing twin? when do you they usually occur? ** i know, im always just worried** THANK you!! Danielle - 34 yrs (unexplained) DH - 32 yrs old (perfect) TTC since September 2006 met with RE August 2007 3 rounds of Clomid/IUI -  1 round of Inject./IUI - 1st IVF: E/R - March 15 - 19 eggs, 16 fertilized with ICSI E/T - March 20 - 2 morulas - 1 blast frozen on day 6 2nd IVF: Started Stims April 29, 2008 E/R - 5/10 - 33 eggs, 27 fertilized with ICSI E/T - 5/13 - transferred 3 8 cell Grade 2 embies Beta - 5/23 - 13 blasts frozen on day 6 - all 13 graded 4 (excellent!) 6/23 - Hysteroscopy & D&C surgery performed (removal of polyps) starting FET July 8, 2008 8/6/08 - transferred 3 great looking blasts (11 frozen) 8/15/08 - Beta - POSITIVE!! 312!8/17/08 - 2nd beta - 982!! 8/24/08 - 3rd beta - 14,111!!! TWINS!!!

IVF#1 (Jan/Feb 2008) - Chemical pregnancy
IVF#2 (April/May 2008) - MC at 6 weeks FET#1 (Aug 2008) - IVF#3 with new RE (Dec 2008)-
Took 3 months off for acupuncture. IVF/ICSI#4 (Antagonist Protocol) 4/3 - ER (23 eggs/15 mature/10 fertilized/2 frozen on day 5) 4/6 - ET (3 good quality embryos) 4/13 - Early Beta #1 - 7dp3dt - US#1 at 5w4d (saw one yolk sac) 5/27 - Graduated to OB 6/15 - hb 165 bpm, NT scan normal 7/13 - It's a girl...  )))8/10 - Anatomy scan appointment 9/7 - Everything is great  for God to bless us and smile on us this time.

This is fantastic. Try not to worry and enjoy the ride... your pregnant! I'm glad you had FET lcuk, our worked too and we are being induced tomorrow! Congrads x 2 to you and I can't wait to watch your belly grown.

US # 2 - 3/6 (6w3d - measuring 6w1d) HB - 115bpm
US #3 - 3/10 (7w - measuring 6w4d) HB - 130bpm
US #4 - 3/24 (9w - measuring 8w6d) HB - 167bpm. Released to OB
Gender scan 6/9 - IT'S A BOY!!! 10/3/09 - BABY MAX IS BORN!!! (36w4d). 5lb11oz and 19 and 1/2 inches long.

3/8/08 IVF#1 Beta # 1 - 28 Beta # 2 - 2.5 IVF#2 5/10 Stim 5/19 ER- 13 retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilized, 3 embies 5/22 ET - transfered all 3 embies, 1-8 cell, 2-6 cells. 5/30 HPT 6/2 Beta #1-133 6/9 Beta # 2 - 2641 6/16 Beta # 3 - 15,785 6/23 U/S - 1 perfect little bean HR 150-170 bpm, and measuring 7wks 1 day! 7/02 - 1st OB appt. Good HR and measuring 8wks 3 days. 7/23 - Measuring right on target, and HR is looking great. 8/20 - Got to hear heartbeat!! 9/11 - anatomy scan, determine gender!!! IT'S A BOY!!! 10/3 - Great heartbeat 10/30 -OB app't and cardiologist for rapid HR 12/8 - bedrest for preterm labor 1/25/09 DS born 7lbs 9oz, 20 1/2 in.

Such an amazing success story after everything you've been through! And twins no less!!! Congratulations! enjoy every moment!!
And if you don't mind my asking?? I couldn't help but notice your siggy. Your IVF#1 produced only morulas to transfer, with only one late day blast to freeze. But IVF#2, the quality of the embryos went up dramatically, and so many to freeze!!!! I'm desperately looking for something to improve my embryo quality. What did you do differently in IVF#2???? what protocol were you on??? THANKS! AND CONGRATS!

Lisa  Me -- 33 hypothyroidism, ASAB DH -- 35 MF IF (low mot, 1% morph) ** Poor embies. None ever make blast. 2 yrs TTC - 6 mths Clomid - 12 IUI's - IVF#1 - 17 retrvd, 12 mature, 7 fertilized w ICIS. Trsfed 2 good day3 embies - No frosties - none made blast.IVF#2 - canceled due to cyst. IVF#3 - 18 retrvd, 15 mature, 10 fertilized w ICIS. Trsfred 2 day5 morulas -- 2 morulas frozen. None made blast.FET - Cnxld. Embryos survived thaw, arrested b4 transfer.  **Consult w SIRM & CCRM. Started adoption papers. Chose CCRM! IVF#4 - After 12 days of lupron and not supressed, switched to Antagonist. 28 retrvd, 14 mature, 11 fertilized w ICSI. 5 more eggs became mature on day 2, and fertilized with ICSI --for a total of 16! Transfd 1 advd blast, 1 early blast (AH), 1 morula (AH). BETA 1(9dp5dt)-151 BETA 2(11dp5dt) - 375 BETA 3 (16dp5dt) - 3805 U/S - It's TWINS!! http://waywardstork.blogspot.com/

 ME: 32 DH: 37 Married since eight years. Unexplained infertility... One doxy baby: Beetle Three IUIs in 2007 - BFN IVF (ICSI) in June. First Beta - 11th July - 72.38 Second Beta - 220.30 2nd u/s - 4th Aug - Saw my angel's heartbeat 7w4d160bpm 3rd emerg. u/s - 24th Aug - Saw the baby dancing 139bpm. Low lying placenta diagnosed. 4th u/s - 8th Oct - Placenta moved up. 3D and Anomaly scan - 23rd Oct - Everything measures perfect. Baby Hb: 148bpm. Cervical cerclage - 2nd Nov - Successful. Eva born on 29th Feb via C-scetion. She weighed 7 lb 2.6 oz (3.25kg) at birth and was 19.6 inches long! ~ 7 lb 14 oz and 21.2 at six week appointment. Vaccinated. ~ 10th week vaccination complete. Hey Lisa,
My first IVF was a DNA Study we participated in....the drx. believes that taking the extra chromosome of my embryos on day 2 of their fertilization might have slowed up my embies and thats why they were only morulas and not blasts...but will we ever know? who knows. We didnt do anything differently at all with IVF #2....the meds that i was on were follistim, medrol, levaquin and estradiol. Let me know if theres anything else i can help you with....hold onto faith - you will get your dream!
