I'd like to hear about the different kinds of FET protocols and/or how your doctor chose which one woudl be best for you.

Here was mine:

CDs 1-16: BCP
CD 14: Start 10 units Lupron, mock ET, baseline u/s
CD 24: suppression check, start Estrace 2x/day and Baby aspirin 1x/day. Decrease Lurpon to 5 units/day.
CD 33: lining check
CD 36: Start Endometrin 2x/day
CD 37: Increase Endometrin to 3x/day, start doxycycline 2x/day
CD 42: Transfer

Hi There!
Mine was a natural cycle. They started to monitor when I would ovulate about cycle day 11. When my LH surge was detected I had the trigger shot, then progesterone shots for 5 days then the transfer! So far so good. I am 4 weeks and 4 days. My first ultrasound is on Tues! Oh, I forgot I'll be doing the progesterone shots until 12 weeks.

Cycle Day 15 - Start 10 units of Lupron daily
Day 24 - Estradial blood test
Day 28 - Start two Vivelle patches per day
Day 33 - End Lupron
Day 43 - U/S and progesterone blood test
Day 46 (tomorrow) - embryo transfer

Let me see if I remember days..

BCP three weeks...
3 days before i finished them: 1 cc of lupron
period
day3: US and BW
day5: estrace 2mg under tongue three times a day and vivelle dot patch every 3 days
day12: US and BW
day14: US and BW
started progesterone 1cc
transfer 6 days later

My days may not be exact, but it shows the meds etc. I also added aspring 3 days after the transfer. Didnt do medrol, cant tolerate it.

I forgot all kinds of stuff in mine, ImHis, so don't feel bad!! I forgot the baby aspirin, BCP's, Doxycycline and methylprednisolone I started yesterday, and the Valium and prometrium insert this morning.

I do natural cycles, a blood test at day 12 to start monitoring levels. When levels are good I have an ultrasound to measure the lining thickness. If all ok I then start the pessaries. About 3-5 days later I have the transfer - never more than 2 embryos transferred that is the rule at our clinic. We always defrost 4 and see how many survive. If they survive they look at how quickly they are growing, compacting, hatching etc. Last time I only had 1 survive but it matured quickly and was starting to hatch at time of transfer. After transfer I do 2 pessaries per day and 1 baby asprin. After 12 days I have a Beta test.

Congratulations!

I had my transfer on 3/26 and my first beta on Monday 4/6. My beta was 714 and they told me it was unusally high but I see yours at 1090. Are you having twins? Did your nurse mention a reason for such a high first beta?
