Having a tough week at work...but Zach is wiggling around in there and it makes me smile. This morning I was up kinda early and my cats (who are a little whacky) were running around from the kitchen to living room and dining room...everytime they would pass it felt like Zach was running with them...it was funny at 4am LOL!

Mery - I wonder if accu would help with me being so teary...the past two days I've been a bundle of tears over everything...hubby is working late..I start to cry, the girls from Korea came home...It was like a flood...I guess it's all the hormones...my gums have been sensitive too...but better today...sorry for rambling...hope everyone has a good day!

hopeful - i feel for you...i was just going to post today how stressed and freaky i feel. i just feel like a big ball of emotions...all over the place. i cried so hard when those girls came home...i'm with you! i think acu helped, especially with my ankles. maybe you should try and go for that. it's just nice to go in there and have peace and quiet for 45 minutes or so..we all need that once in a while! my gums bled the other night...my mil is a dental hygentist and said that happens sometimes!

i am off tomorrow..thank goodness for that. we were going to have a swim party on saturday, but i told dh a couple of days ago that i am just too tired this week to do this on saturday. i just want to RELAX this weekend! we may register on saturday for some of the major stuff. that will really be a dream come true...all the times we've gone in to buy other friends baby's stuff, now it is finally our turn!!!

Mery - you know that's exactly how I feel...I always run the Baby showers here at work and always attended all my friends and families showers. It was overwhelming but such a great feeling since it's for us.

Hubby cannot keep secrets from me ever! He told me that my shower is going to be in our home...sometime in October. He and my mom where trying to come to some middle ground on a place and he said they kept butting head and suggested to just have it home...she was all for it. My mom and MIL are going to do the cooking. He said they both feel it's less money so they can get us more for the baby. Also, I am ok with it .... as long as I have something....it's going to be a sight 15-20 women in my living room.

hopeful - your shower sounds like fun! my friends and family will throw my shower in october too. i know my work will have one and we have like 30 people, and most everyone knows my struggles of trying to get pg...so it should be a lot of fun. most have been waiting a long time for me to have a baby!

OK..so there is a girl here at work and she is supposed to be a good friend...but ever since i got pg, she's been acting totally different towards me and i just cannot figure it out. if i even bring up the baby, she like leaves or doesn't want to talk about him. it really hurts my feeling. another co worker got pg last year and she asked all the questions and was so interested..but me, who is her friend, nothing. i tried to show her the u/s pics on monday, and she said oh, i'm too busy right now. it's just so weird. i just don't understand!!! it won't ruin my life we are not friends, but i just don't understand why she is being so cold!!!

OK, it's official...3 BOYS!!! Had my MFM appt today and they look great and my cervix looks great too, so I am very pleased.

Mery-Sorry about your co-worker. Is she trying to get pg right now? Maybe it's a jealousy thing. That stinks.

Hopeful- my gums have been bleeding like crazy, too. If I floss, I bleed between almost every tooth...so gross! I am weepy, too. However, when I cry, it elicits a gag reflex, so I have to suck it up b/c I don't want to barf! LOL

mery - how weird about your friend! is she going through IF or anything??? that's the only thing that would make sense to me...

hopeful - that sounds like a great shower! i love an intimate house shower. i always wanted a spring or summer shower so it could be in my parents backyard but things just didn't work that way! my shower isn't going to be a surprise... it's on 10/3! i have to fly in from san diego to NY for it anyway, so of course i have to know!

Martha!!!! Congrats!!! 3 Boys, that's amazing! I can't imagine picking names for all of them. As Maybe said, we can't agree on one, forget about any agreement on all three... LOL!

Hopeful: I had a house shower as well for DD. It was intimate (about 10 people) and it was very nice. I loved it. Then my office thew another shower for me. It was nice. This time around I don't think I'll get any showers.... They are 16months apart, plus it's both girls, so I have everything already... Maybe I'll buy another high chair for down the road, but really nothing else I really need. I have everything.

Nascar: Congrats on the Boy as well!!! How nice. I bet you are very excited.

Mery: My suspicion would be that your friend is having some kind of IF problem. I had a friend before getting pregnant (they were a couple we would go out every weekend with) and once we announced that we were expecting our first child, they disappeared. I think that they are having problems conceiving, but I can't help them. I feel bad, because I have been there, and it's not good at all, but at the same time I thank god that there is IVF, otherwise I wouldn't be able to have a kid EVER. I don't know if they are currently going through IF tx, but I surely hope so and I wish them the best. Give your friend some space and try not to take it personally... There is nothing you can do about it!

Afm: I have been MIA the past few days... My parents have flown over from overseas, and will be staying with us for about 20 days. It's so nice to have the help with DD. I love it. Plus, we have a full schedule with birthdays and anniversaries... We'll be sick of eating cake for the next couple of weeks
On a different note, today I dared to step on the scale... I hadn't done that in about a month and I was expecting to fall over backwards. I have swollen hands and feet, so I thought that the weight gain would be dramatic, but I was pleasantly surprised... I have gained a total of 12 pounds... Not bad at all, if you consider that I gained 10 of them the first 14 weeks... So I have been kind of stable for the past few weeks. No complaining there! I hope that my OB won't complain either...

martha - woweeeee thre little boys! I am so happy for you! I'e been flossing twice a day and brushing three times now. I never realize what the hormones do to crazy parts of the body. My weepiness turned to crankiness last night and took it our on hubby for no reason. I am way better today...but my feet look like marshmellows!

northeast - I think it's going to be really nice having it at home...hubby's happy he won't have to lugg everything from a restaurant back home either. My cousin had her children about 2 years apart and we did a smaller version for her second. It was about 7 of us that just had dinner and gave her some "fill in" gifts...new onesies and some diapers and bibs.
Does DD realize mommy going to give her a little sister or is she too young to understand...it's so wonderful they are going to be close in age.

mery - Enjoy your day off! I have the same thing happening at my job too...everyone except her is so excited. They all know I've been through a lot with my ex husband and the divorce so when they heard 1) I found someone 2) they like him 3) we were getting married and 4) then having a baby...they were so so excited for me. She came to our wedding and all. She has four children and we've worked together for 21 years. I did all her showers here for her and am close with her oldest...she is now 19 and in college...we email and stuff. When she found out I was pregnant for the 1st time she was like "oh ok" and kinda stopped calling me...then when I miscarried she almost seemed happy (weird). I took it as I was being over sensitive. But now looking back she starting calling me everyday again. And now since April when I found out we were preggo again...I have not talked to her. I emailed her a picture of the sono and she just responded Thanks for sharing. That was it. I've reached out a couple of times and got no response. I am not sure why they would do it and I hope that in time they will get over it. For me my friend does not have fertility problems at all...so I dunno what it is. Maybe everyone is right that your friend is having issues too, but I would tend to think it would bring you closer since you can talk to each other about it. Sorry I wrote so much

hopeful - wow..your situation sounds exactly like mine! my friend has 2 children of her own, so i don't think she is going through IF, and if she was, i mean, she knows she could totally confide in me. it's like they are jealous, but for what reason...who knows! maybe because we are getting a little more attention? well, i welcome it. i had to always stay strong and keep a happy smily face during all the other pregnancies and showers at work, and after i would literally go home and cry because i would always think, why can't this be me? well, it finally is and i am not going to downplay my happiness! and, all my other co workers couldn't be more thrilled for me. she totally brushes me off too, and when people say, oh, look at your belly...she just walks right away. oh well...i guess she is maybe having some issues she needs to deal with. but i will not and cannnot stress on this anymore!!! sorry for the ramble!

happy friday to EVERYONE!!! i'm getting a mani/pedi today and i cannot wait to get a foot massage!

Mery, it's always nice to see that you are right on track with the weight gain. I have to say that the pounds came off pretty easily after the delivery of DD. Breastfeeding really helped in that department! I am hoping to have the same luck this time around As for the rings, I managed to get mine out one night and since then I haven't worn them at all. My OB was making jokes when he saw me last time. He was saying that I am playing the unwed mother... I was like, yeah, I wish!

Hopeful: No, DD does not realize anything yet. We bought her a little doll and we are teaching her how to be gentle with it, but I really doubt that she'll understand what it going to happen in a few months. She might be ok with it, she might react not that great. We'll see at that point... Today, she took her first steps! I was sooo happy about her.... She's growing soooo fast!!!! My little baby is not little anymore. Tomorrow is her 1st b'day! I can't believe that a year ago I had her, and in 4 months I'll have another one. It's crazy.... You guys will see what I mean when you deliver.... Sometimes I think I am nuts for getting pregnant this fast. LOL

Other than that, today I really enjoyed our wonderful weather. it was such a treat... This summer has been so horrible, that I love the weather these past few days! Pure perfection!
