I had another U/S today...My cervix is GROWING BACK....YEAH!!!!!!
When I got my cerglage 6 weeks ago my cervix had shortened to 1.5. Two weeks ago it was at 4.1,,,today it is 5.3. The doctor was amazed and so were we !!! 6 weeks of strict bedrest is working...yeah...It really makes it all worth it  So I have to continue doing what I am doing...

Cathi - That is so AwEsOmE about the cervix! It's great to know your bedrest isn't a waste of time. Thanks for the idea about returning and rebuying. I hope Babies R Us doesn't give us too much of a harassment if we don't get gift receipts.
Hopeful - I'm so glad you were able to rearrange and fit everything well. It's nice to have that worry gone now. I can't wait for tomorrow. Everyone at work is anxious. Many are taking votes on what they think it will be. One lady told me she had a feeling I was having a girl all along, but now she's changing teams. I told her that we have 7 boys and 3 girls with this group. I can't wait to hear. My appt is noon here in MA, so I'll post as soon as I get home.

hopeful- the emotions are definitely out of control..they have been better the last couple of days. i am so glad that everything fit, i know you were worried about that..but i am glad you know it will be perfect!
holding - i cannot wait to find out what you were having!!! you're the last one!! and i think i feel boy too, but i've been wrong before! i think maybe because our beta was the same day i am thinking boy. i will be watching for your post tomorrow! your shower sounds like fun! friends and co workers are starting to plan mine..i am excited!! northeast - let us know how your ulstrasound goes tomorrow and how your little gal looks! cathi - i am so happy to hear about your cervix!! really, what fantastic news. you are just doing everything perfectly, and it is working!! will you have to continue the bedrest for the rest of the pregnancy?? afm -i am feeling baby gavin kicking..mostly at night when i lie still. dh felt it a few times, and this is just so amazing. it is the best feeling..i am just so happy when he kicks me! i think i've got my emotions in check for the moment...and feeling normal again! i am starting to crave more sweets too, like toast with cinnamon and sugar...YUMMY! glad to see everyone is doing well!!!

Cathi - Great job!!! The bed rest is paying off!!
 Holding - you have to post right away!!! I cannot way to hear the news!! Boys are definitely it for December...Kendra from the girls next door is having a boy too. mery - toast with cinnamon and sugar...yuuuummmmyyyy...I think Iw ill have that for a snack today! afm - The weather has cooled here in NYC for now...which is nice. We slept with the windows open last night...what a great breeze we had. We live on a hill, kinda, and we are about 4 blocks from the beach...when we get the ocean breeze it makes for great sleep. I was not feeling too well yesterday and not so good now....I think I am getting a cold or something...uggg...scratchy throat..headache.. Well hope everyone has a great day and cannot wait to hear the news!!

Holding, When I lost the triplets. My hubby and I had the horriable task of returning everything...I have heard horror stories about BRU, Actually we had 4 carts full of thngs over 1,100 dollars worth of items. They didn;t even ask for an explination. I was go greatful because we spent over an hour at Target and walmart to return things...They both upset me so much, I was scared to return to BRU. Like I said no problem, I am sure they realized we lost our babies, but they never asked. I oly had a receipt for a few items. Most were on my registry, but they returned every single thing. So good luck with it...
My guess is BOYcan't wait to see if we are right Hopeful--I am glad the weather is getting better for you guys.. Here in Florida it is HOT HOT HOT...It is kind of nice being on bedrest, it is always 70 in my bedroom...I went out yesterday for the doctors, it was soooo hot Northeast--Good luck with US today

Hopeful: I am actually not holding out on you guys.. LOL. I had my u/s later in the day. Everything looks great. No signs of anemia, so I am very very pleased with the results. I have to see them another 3 times, so I will be seeing my little one quite a bit

Cathi - I heard BRU is pretty good with the returns. What part of Florida do you live? My hubby used to live in Tampa...he said one year it was 81 on Christmas day...bring from the Northeast all my life I am not sure I could deal with it being hot on Christmas. We are supposed to get heat and humidity again on Monday and Tuesday. Overall we've had a mild summer..our bedroom is always on the chilly side...hubby is always hot.

Welp, I guess we won't know until maybe the 2nd of September. The baby was moving all over the place, but the position was bad and the cord was between the legs. So we are still on the unknown team. I was hoping before my shower to let people in Texas know, but I guess they will have to deal with a 5 day before shower notice.
I hope everyone is having a good day. Ours has been pretty nice. It was cool seeing all the things the technician pointed out like the heart and kidneys and diaphram. My placenta is pretty low, but not over the cervix. The technician said as my uterus grows it should pull it up. Ya'll have a great evening.

Holding: Wow... I can't believe that they couldn't see.... Tell your little one, that she/he has to be more cooperative!!! LOL
As for BRU, I would recommend you check with them. After my shower, I tried to return something that I didn't have a gift receipt for, and they wouldn't accept it. This was back in Sept. 08... I think they have changed their policy on the "no receipt" returns. Just ask them, and make sure that you'll have gift receipts for everything. Cathi: I wish it was 81 degrees for Christmas. In MA we're lucky if it is 32F.... Oh well... I guess we can always retire in FL...
