Krissy, My Dr. used doxycycline in fresh cycle. FET they don’ use doxycycline and my Dr don’t like nature cycle.

I don’t have regular cycle, so nature cycle is impossible for me any way. In my last FET cycle I found lupron made me blood pressure high. I told my RE that next time I don’t want lupron. They had a small group meeting and decide to let me use antagonist. They told me that they must control the cycle.

Looks like everyone here is earlier than me. You will have results when I doing transfer.

Hello ladies...

I went in for blood work today and I will be starting lupron tomorrow morning. I am very excited about it! Hopefully, ET will be the first week of April...

Krissymexico: I was on Doxycycline for my fresh cycle, and I will be on it once more for the FET. I am not doing AH. It all depends on the protocol and what the Dr. wants to do. It's a good idea to have a list of questions when you meet with him, so that you can get as many answers as possible. Good luck at your meeting...

Before IVF, my menses is arounf 28 Days..and i had IVF on Dec'08 but BFN, menses came on 31 Jan 09 and now it's Day 32 and i still awaiting for the

nbianca.. have not seen you around, but im so exited we have the same transfer day good friday. what day does you re test your beta?? mine on day 14, so you might find out before i do... im sure good friday is going to bring us our little miracles..

stinkycat.. i think you will be the last one for a transfer but i promise to be around to cheer you on....

i have another question has anyone heard of vitamin A being a no no during ivf... my dr took me off my vitamins last time he says they do not like you to take vitamin A during a cycle he says it effects with implantacion... i have never heard of such a thing and i want to continue with my vitamins... i would appreciate any input on this subject thanks.

my re will do the first beta 7 days after. Seems early right? Well, he says that its not so we'll see. I think its because the embies are 5 day blast. Since I get so rapped up once I begin the meds I've been trying to keep myself distracted until then. I'll check up with everyone early next week as well. Oh and on the vitamin thing, I dont know, sounds odd? Were you refering to taking prenatals with vitamin A in them or a suppliment of vitamin A alone? If your taking prenatals, I really think you should keep taking them.

maybeamommy, how you doing? Are you loopy for Lupron yet? LOL How'd your u/s go?


afm, I go in for my baseline u/s next week Friday and start Lupron on Saturday.

hey everyone!

nbianca - sounds like you're getting there! for my IVF, my RE did the beta at 7dp5dt too.. so I think that's fairly normal! It was 10dp5dt for my FET thoguh.. not sure what it will be this time!

krissy - I've never heard that before! I just take my prenatals and whatevers in them!

strawberry - I went straight from IVF to FET (went on BCP as soon as AF came after my failed IVF) and same for FET#1 to FET#2, so I have no idea about my cycle anymore! haha

AFM, my u/s went well! Quiet ovaries... no cysts, everything's looking good. I started Lupron on Monday and took my last BCP last night! I'm already feeling the Lupron effects - I went off on DH yesterday for absolutey no reason and then was so frustrated that I just went to sleep at 8:30! He's in for it for the next 4 weeks! Poor guy! My next appointment is for 3/16!

I am glad that everyone is progressing with treatments... We'll all get our s in April... I can feel it!

As for me, I am on the second day of Lupron and I am starting to get anxious about this. I just want to fast forward to beta day For the time being, I am waiting for to come and then we proceed from there.

Nbianca, My RE does a beta 12dp3dt. So, I'll have to wait a little longer than you guys. Last time I couldn't wait and POASed, and I plan on doing that again!!! I just find it a long time to wait for a beta, when most REs do betas earlier.

Krissymexico, I haven't heard anything about VitA. I have no idea though. I keep taking my prenatals and that's it... Just ask him why he says so...

ok.. ladies, the showed herself last night..
what a relieve...I was so worry that the came late and affect my FET plan in this coming April..

actually my doctor said i can have the FETafter two menses (after the IVF)..which mean i can have it on March'09.

But i have some doubt, my company is going to have vss and heard that the name list will be announced soon, probably this month. So, i have to push my plan to one month later.. that i'm not in the list and carry on my FET plan..

thankyou on the input on the vitamin subject..

what im taking are greens which have barley grasss,alfalfa,chorella,spirulina,etc.... and full of vitamins. thanks so much on the input im going to keep on taking them my body really likes them and when i stop i start to feel so tired.. i had never heard of not taking vitamin A i just think the doctor is a bit over protective or a bit crazy...

it seems everyone else has started there cycle or will be starting soon. i still have to wait for af to come around the 23...

ive been trying to get my body in shape i gained about 10 pounds and need to loose some weight, so ive been working out and eating healthy.

lately ive been getting a bit nervous about my frosties thawing, since i only have 2 left and this whole process since dic... has come out of our pockets, this might be my last chance, so i really am praying that the third time is the charm....

hi ladies,

went to the doctor and it seems we have a good plan in place. i convinced the doctor to give me a round of antibiotics before the transfer just in case, this way i can be more relaxed and not start stressing about every little thing.

i also convinced him for my sanity i want blood test every few days to make sure my hormone levels are were they are suppose to be, since i pay for them , he agreed...

im exactly a month away from transfer but it all depends on my ovaries and when i will ovulate it could get pushed forward

strawberry 199.... i also go to acupunture have been going for 6 months now and i just love it. i go 1 a week and before transfer i try to go 2 a week he works on my ovaries, uterus, and hormones and i just feel so relaxed after.

im getting so ansy wish i could just fast forward to april...

ive been doing acupunture for 6 months now, i think it really helps. my doctor works on uterus, ovaries, and hormones.. it also makes me more relaxed..

im doing a natural fet cycle so it helps to get my uterus were it needs to be before transfer...

do u have a transfer date yet? how many embryos will you transfer?
