Hi everyone...I will be joining your group as well. I just completed my 2nd IVF with a BFP, ended in early miscarriage. I have my first appointment for FET on 3/18/09. I do not have a transfer date, but based on the two prior IVFs...I think it will be in the beginning of April...I will know more on the 18th.

Hopeful12: I am sorry for your miscarriage... I can't imagine... I am hoping that you'll be able to join us in April. Let us know how your appt goes on the 18th.
As for me, I finally got ... Yahooo...... I am calling the RE tomorrow am in order to find out what the next step is! I'll keep you posted.

KCFCLF, I'm also having acupuncture... another acupuncture appointment tomorrow..
 It do help me to feel relax and better blood circulation..

After talking with doc further today...my appointment for 3/18 was cancelled but I am to call on the first day AF arrives and start the third day. She's coming I can feel it so I may wind up there on the 18th anyway...

Thought I'd check in on everyone...hows everyone feeling and doing? Last I looked it sounded like most of us have already started the loopy lupron. Headaces anyone? I'm doing good so far, not feeling to bad. I'm getting excited though. I hope this is the cycle!! I am doing good... I spoke to my clinic again today, and the transfer day was pushed out to 4/9 if everything goes according to plan. Hopefully, it'll happen then... We'll see...

Hey Girls!
Went for b/w and u/s this morning...Everything looked good...lining was great and small follicles...I asked about meds and they said no meds this cycle until before transfer...prometrium and estrace...I was quite excited that I would not have any injectibles!! I have to wait for the blood work and hopefully with have a transfer date soon! Have a great day!!!

Doc just called and here are my numbers
FSH 8 Estr 33 Prog. .4 LH 2 What do you think? I have to go back on 3/24/09 b/w and u/s - no meds. Hopefully transferring later that week

Kristen - Thank you for the welcome. I have my first acupuncture treatment tonight. And then again on Friday for the second one right away. I only recently looked into it so the practicioner stated that I should get right on two treatments a week before transfer.
I do not have a set date as of yet. But, we are looking at April 6th. I guess we will get a better time frame when I start going in more frequently for the blood work and ultrasounds. Have any of you taken baby aspirin as well? Thanks for the great welcome. KCFCLF (heather)

Mind if I join you??? I did IVF last month, but my cycle was cancelled for fear of OHSS. However, we were able to freeze 22 embies at the 2PN stage. I just found out my tentative transfer date is April 27. I will be using Vivelle patches...anyone used these before? Good luck to everyone! It looks like I will be one of the last transfers this month, so I can cheer everyone on!!!

Baby A: 124 bpm, Baby B: 123 bpm Baby C:131 bpm...baby A and B identical 2nd U/S 6/15. All 3 had heartbeats in the 170s. Due Date: Jan. 17, 2010 It's 3 BOYS!!!!

marthac.. glad you can join us kcfclf... i just love going to acupunture, and i really feel it helps me, glad you are doing 2 sessions a week i just started going twice a week as well, trying to get as many in as i can before transfer, im also taking baby asprin and have been since my dic. cycle. i think it helps with blood flow. ladies it seems everyone else has started the lupron, im so happy for you, im still waiting for af she should come early next week cant wait as im so ansy to start my cycle. if she come on time i should have my doctors appointment next week for my ultasound and blood work.wishing everyone  hope we all get our miracles this month

Hi Ladies
I would like to join this discussion and hear some advice about the FET process. Like Marthac, I too will be using using the Vivelle patches...1st for me. Today, I will pick up the patches and start Monday next week hopefully.
Since this is my 1st FET, I'm super nervous about the entire process. Should I cut back my sugar intake? Shold I increase my protein? Should I take the baby asprin even though I'm taking herbs prescribed by my ACP.
