Hi Mery - great picture!! I still have to do the prometrium until 14 weeks...then I will be "weened off"...yucky!! I cannot wait to be done with them and the estrace. I had to get the chicken pox vaccination before I could even start IVF. It was done in a 60 day period. My mother in law has been buying little things and making blankets. It feel good that it's for me and not, hey look what I got so and sos baby. My older cat has been so over protective. He's "hubby's boy" and really does not come near me except when I feed them...lately when I nap he is in the bed right next to me....hubby was shocked on Saturday when he saw him curled up next to me.

northeast - we got the tickets last minute for $25 each, plus convenience fee and parking it came to $50 each. We had second row seats. I think from time to time they have tickets that are not sold and try to make something rather an nothing on them. This was my 4th or 5th show...I really enjoy them!

Holly: I had a myomectomy a couple of years ago. I had a short period afterwards and since then they have been much shorter than before... In my case it really helped me get pregnant. I had a few very large fibroids. Good luck with your cycle!!!!

hopeful - it is so weird how animals know when something is happening. my oldest kitty, which is like my kitty, snuggles with me constantly now...and when i was on bed rest. and i swear the dogs are looking at me different..maybe that's just me being weird.....lol! your kitty is snuggling because he knows something is up! i think homemade baby blankets are the cutest!!

hollyb - thanks so much.. to you!!

hey everyone! gosh i have been so terrible at updating! my DH has been away though and my mom came to stay with me instead, so it's been a little hectic! so i'm starting back from my last post, so please excuse me if i'm behing on things!

hollyb - have you gotten any explanation about your lining yet?

mery - you should try nordstrom for maternity things. i got these great white jeans that just have an elastic band at the top (also white) - they sit like regular jeans... they don't have the whole huge band! also, i tried motherhood maternity but HATED it - that's just not my style. but i found a cute maternity boutique and got 3 pairs of jeans! (2 that sit under the belly, 1 with a demi-panel), a pair of juicy terrycloth sweats, a wrap dress, and some fun belly creams! - and GREAT picture!!!! i love it.

krissy - it's great that you're keeping up with yoga and acupuncture! i tried yoga ONE time and ended up with an almost-herniated bulging disk!

hopeful - i actually just bought stuff from the store Ulta so that I could do my own pedicures! that stinks about your bloodwork! i once had to do all of this testing PLUS a non-gestational GTT test, and they took over 20 vials! they had to do it while i was laying down beacuse I was going to pass out!!!

holding - welcome back!! we've all missed you i'm so sorry to hear the news about your FIL - lots of prayers for him!

martha - how are you feeling? when is your next sono?? i do the same thing with my lunch... i bring the HUGEST variety of foods to eat and then pick at things all day. this morning all i could bear to eat was ices for breakfast... then when i got to work i had a bagel with cc and a glass of OJ. i'll probably eat some pringles soon haha. i'm so weird with food now!

northeast - how's the m/s? is it starting to wind down a bit??

afm, my nausea has been in full swing for some reason! i think i jinxed myself. but i'm hanging in there. GUESS WHAT! tomorrow is my last day of PIO, estrace, and baby aspirin!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!

maybe - thanx for the info on nordstrom. i was going to try there and macy's next! i don't really like the pants at motherhood either..i couldn't find any that sit below the belly...and at the store we have near our house, there is not much to choose from. i do like the pea in the pod stuff, but alot of it is super expensive. i don't mind spending the money, but it has to be really cute and comfy!! i am so sorry about your m/s..that is weird that it just came on now because you were doing great for awhile. i am still doing acupuncture twice a week and i do think it has helped a bit. mine is so unpredictable. the RE said it should start to subside...we'lll see. i will celebrate for you...no more PIO or anything..YIPPEE!! i get to stop all that on sunday...i cannot wait! i hope you feel better!!!

mery - these are the white jeans from nordstrom... you can see how the front just has a TEENY stretchy part, not a real panel...

_5781764.jpg

you live in CA too, right? white jeans are much more versatile for us because we can wear them for many many months!

Mery- Yippee on getting to quit meds soon!!! I love your baby pic!!! Looks like a real baby!!!

Maybe- Congrats on quitting meds tomorrow!!! I am very jealous! Cute jeans...I will have to check them out. Sorry you are feeling icky. Maybe it will be for just a short time. My next u/s is June 15. Oh, and my due date is actually Jan. 17. Thank you for updating!!!

Hopeful-that's cute about the cat! When I first found out I was , I went to lunch with a friend and a little boy just came up to me randomly and just wanted to show me his new toy. I think kids and pets both detect and feel comfortable to those who are.

I am just counting down the hours to leave work. I ate a frozen bean/cheese burrito for lunch and I'd have thought it was prime rib, it was so good. Gross, huh? Now i am on to some spaghetti. I guess my apetite is coming back!!!

Mery-your snacks sound pretty good too! I have got to eat more protein...I think that's why the bean burrito is so good to me. I have taken dramamine a few times. Yesterday I took a Zofran (prescribed)...I felt really good after, but I didn't sleep well, so I wonder if that is why.

holly- I hope your cycle doesn't get cancelled.
