Thanks ya'll for all the well wishes. I have felt so much better today. I did eventually get a mild (VERY Mild) headache today, but I would take that any day over what I've been having. I've pretty much eliminated caffiene out of my diet (I was drinking soda ever few days, no more than they recommend) and then I read somewhere that pregnant women are more sensitive to caffiene, so I haven't had any since Friday to see if this stops my headaches all together.

Hopeful - I'm sorry you had a headache yesterday, it sounded a little like mine yesterday. I thought my head was going to explode it hurt so bad. I'm sorry about your MIL issues, but I'm glad you hubby is willing to talk to her. Mine would be too (I hate to use this word, but it's really it) wimpy to talk to his if she lived with us. I understand though our hormones are a little more out of control, all I wanted to do yesterday was cry.

Cathie - I'm sorry you had to stay in bed with a headache today. Try to take it easy, so hopefully you can get out and about the next couple of days before your bedrest.

Mery - I too have had cramping and pains in the abdomine. My hubby googles every little twitch and twinge I have, so I've known that it's the uterus growing, but I'm glad to know most all of us have felt them too.

Northeast Girl - I can totally understand wanting to stay home. I also know about this horrible weather we've been having. Usually, it's a bit different from here to there; however, it seems we are together in this crummy weather. Our dryer broke this weekend and I told my hubby don't worry we'll just hang them out on the line, he was like "It's rained everyday for the last month." I told him, ok you're right well look at buying a new one.

Martha - I'm so glad you were able to see the babies today. I know it's hard when they switch you to the ob, but with trips you might get to see them more than the rest of us. It's great that you found a support group. I have a birthing circle I'm going to start going to here, but I haven't yet. I can't wait.

Nascar - I'm glad you are feeling better. I was teasing my hubby this weekend that I don't think I'm growing a baby, but rather a tape worm. I eat whole meals almost every two hours.

Well asm I've been doing good. I was rather nauseaous, but I'm glad I didn't have a bad headache today. I hope this trend continues. I hope everyone else has a good week.

Mery: I am having stretching uterus pains as well. I am also starting to have itchy skin, especially where I had the incision for the c-section and the myomectomy. It's all part of being pregnant...

Holding: It's true that caffeine can cause migranes. That's part of the reason I stopped drinking colas and tea. I was never a big coffee drinker anyway, so that part was easy...

Have a great night everyone...

Good Morning!!

Happy last day of June...wow this year has gone really fast!

northeast - I thought caffeine can help headaches..maybe I'm thinking of something else...when I would get migraines I will drink coffee and I think one of the meds I had was like a presciption with caffeine in it...Glad you are feeling a little better...the weather is supposed to be getting better here in the northeast...the past few days have been really pretty here in NYC.

holding - glad the heachaches are getting better! I had the bad one on Sunday and am so happy it's gone! It's a terrible feeling to have a headache and be nauseaus...One thing about hubby is that if I am right he will stick up for me (thank God)...he is a little of a momma boy, but that's her doing. We wills ee how things go..

martha - congrats on moving on to ob...I know it sucks not seeing the babies all the time...we do get spoiled! I am so happy every thing is looking good!!
My friend at work got me a dress from Gap...it was originally like $90 she said she got it for $18. They have some good deals out there!

Have a great day all!!

Hopeful - you are right caffiene is suppose to help with headaches, but in some people caffiene and MSG cause headaches. I've never had the side affect where they were caused by caffiene until I got preggers and now I haven't had caffiene in 5 days and haven't had a headache two whole days in a row!!!!

I have been taking benadryl at night and don't know if that's been helping with not having headaches or not. I don't plan to take it tonight, so we will see if I get a headache or not. I did tell my hubby I thought was allergic to him or the dog now that I'm preggers cause in the mornings I wake up with a lot of drainage. It goes away during the day, but I go to bed and wake up with a sore throat and buggies. Anywho.

I'm glad everyone is doing good. I go see my new Ob tomorrow. I am also touring the hospital while we are out there. I hope everyone has a good rest of the day.

Holding - I got the buggers too LOL! It's a preggo thing I think! Good luck tomorrow!!

One thing that is kinda getting to me the past two weeks are panic attacks ...three times so far..and I cannot describe what is wrong except for fear. I feel like 1) I do not know where I am (it wakes me from my sleep) and 2) I need to escape. I am going to call my ob and ask some questions. It always happens in the middle of the night. Last night's was pretty bad. I got up about 12:30 ... I was sweaty and my heart was racing. I just don't get it. I'm not sure if a bad dream triggers it or thoughts from the day. I finally got back to sleep about 2:30...the first night I woke hubby, but I try not to bother him...he's been working so hard!

holding - glad you are feeling better..i wish i was.

northeastgirl - my tummy itches too..i've been coating it with tummy butter and it helps.

hopeful - you must call the doctor and ask about the panic attacks...let us know what he says.

martha - i just watched the baby story and the girl had triplets..WOW! how amazing it was..i cried!

afm - i am so sick today. i feel awful. i had one pork chop for dinner with corn and a couple hours after i was sicker than sick. i was up at 1:40am with a terrible headache, and tossed and turned..couldn't get up to go to work today either. i've eaten some today because i don't want to starve my baby and be a bad mom...but it's been hard to keep it down. i hope it is just the pork chop and i will feel better tomorrow. i just hate feeling like this.

Hopeful...I've heard Yoga and mediation really helps. I just recently got a book from the library called Medittions for your Pregnancy by Sheila Lavery and Pippa Duncan. I'll let you know how it goes.

Mery...I am so sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. I've notice that my grip is a lot stronger. I was telling my DH that I needed a boxing bag. For some reason, I have built up energy...it feels strange.

Holdingmybreath...I love benadryl!!! When I saw it on the approved list and jumped up and down cheering.

Holding- I have bad boogies in my nose too!

Mery- I hope you're feeling better today. I had a good 3 days and thought m/s was over and BAM, today I'm not feeling great...it's so frustrating isn't it? I would have loved to watch that Baby Story w/trips. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for the re-run!

Hopeful- I wake up with really bizarre dreams, and sometimes very disoriented too. It is such a wierd feeling.

Nascar-let us know how the meditation goes. I'm sure you will be nice and relaxed afterward.

I am so ready for this weekend. I have Friday and Monday off. Right now, all I want to do is sleep!

Good afternoon everyone!

Hope everyone is feeling good today!

Had a rough night of sleep again last nigt...up at 12:30 but I tried a little meditating, deep breathing, clearning the mind thing and I feel back to sleep in about 30 minutes I guess...but I was up again at 3 and it was bad. I felt like I couldn't breath. We had the air on and it was on the cool side. The calming down techniques did not work that time. I am waiting on my ob to call me back...the nurse said is should be soon. I am ok during the day, but last night while I was lying in bed before I feel a sleep I felt like something was not right.

Hopeful: I am sorry you are going through this. I had panic attacks a few years back and they are not fun. I think that being anxious is normal during a pregnancy. Especially since you are about to bring another human being in this world. I had sleepless nights during my first pregnancy. This one, I am just plain exhausted and I collapse most of the times.

Martha, you are lucky you have Monday off as well. We only have Friday off and I just booked a relaxing B&B in Belfast Maine. It's a little off the beaten path, but I need to relax, so I am excited! I can't believe though, how hard it was to be able to find a B&B that accepts an infant. Everywhere I was saying that I will be bringing my infant daughter, they were saying that they can't accomodate us. Finally today, one place agreed to it, because I guess they had a vacancy and they wanted to fill up the room. Wow... I feel it's easier to find a hotel that will accept pets, than a hotel that will accept an infant.

Mery: I am hoping that you are feeling better today. It's rough when you are feeling sick. Lately, I have been feeling ok, which makes a huge difference...

Afm: it's raining AGAIN here. I can't take it any more. I am hoping that this weather will improve, because seriously, it's ridiculous!!!!
I am doing ok with the pregnancy. I think I felt the baby kick. My previous pregnancy I felt my DD kick at 15 weeks 3 days. I am at 14 weeks, so, I think I am still a little early, but for sure what I felt was not gas! I think that it was the baby... I need to know that this baby is ok, so I welcome the kicks at any point!!!

Hopefully, where you are it's sunny and warm... Enjoy your day (because I am not!!!)

Northeast Girl - It rained here today too. It also rained in Northampton where my OB is (Close to Springfield). I didn't know you had to tell hotels and stuff that you are bringing an infant. Great now I'll have double the problems getting rooms, dogs and baby. Ha, I'm glad you are able to get away, hopefully it won't be raining in ME.

Martha - Did you say you had a LEEP done? I thought it was you, but if not someone meantioned it. I too had a LEEP about 10 years ago, and at my OB appt today, the midwife said they do a cervical scan with u/s around 14 weeks to make sure my cervix is holding up. So we got to have an unexpected ultrasound today while at the ob. My cervix is fine, so no stitch and no bedrest. The baby was moving all over, we hardly got a good picture. Just as we would get a good view the baby would dodge the picture. I think we were mostly looking at the babies back because he/she didn't want to show their front.

Hopeful - I'm sorry you are having anxiety. I wonder, (it would probably only be a temporary fix) but what about taking benadryl to sleep. It has the same forumla as sleeping pills, so when my hubby has sleeping trouble he takes benadryl. It could help you get into deep enough sleep that you might not wake up. I can't wait to hear what your OB suggests.

Mery - I hope you are feeling better today.

asm, things are pretty good. The baby was moving a lot, it was so great to see the arms and legs. We saw the hands and feet. I almost cried it was so great. I never did tell you guys about the doppler that I bought. I have used it 3 times and I only heard the heartbeat briefly all times. I never really got it as good as the ob's. I'm not extremely happy about spending that amount of money for this, but the OB said I will be able to hear the hb more as the baby grows. My next u/s is in 6 weeks and that's when we will find out the sex of the baby (if he/she cooperates). I hope everyone is doing good. I'm still reveling in no headaches, I'm actually getting some energy back now, so I might be cleaning over the weekend (I haven't done that in a LONG time).

I've been wondering about Fertilitysocks and wondering if her FET worked, so I went through our thread to see when she was suppose to have her beta. I saw on her signature her beta was on June 29th and it was . I just wanted to update ya'll in case anyone else was wondering like me!
