But seriously...I know it hurts to get your hopes up and have them dashed, but I don't see how this nurse's answer would be responsible for that. You asked her a question about post-transfer cramping that comes up frequently on these boards, and got the same honest, correct answer most women get from each other or their doctors: it's not a clear sign of anything one way or the other, but it could be implantation cramping, so don't panic. That's definitely great news if you were headed toward panic mode, but it's not like the person giving the answer is pumping you full of irrational hope.
Btw, the alternative is for your docs and nurses to take a very cold approach and only give the gloomiest outlooks and neutral-sounding answers, because they rarely get sued for happier-than-expected outcomes. It makes sense from a self-preservation standpoint, but if you've had doctors and nurses like that, you know it's no treat.
