Hello ladies,
Dropping by for a quick Hello. Went to the doctors today everything is right on track looking really good. Third time might really be the charm!! Talked to the doctor about how we wanted to transfer 2 back, and that we were ok with twins if it was the case! I secertly want twins!  Drop my lupron down tomorrow and start my estrace pills! looking at june 24th or june 26th transfer! Despite being sick with a nasty stomache bug and a headache the last few days I am really excited today!   fingers crossed for everyone Best whishes to everyone!!

Married May 13, 2005 ... TTC since Me: 25 - Stage 4 Endo My Husband 37 - Very low (almost no) sperm count 2 Failed IVF cycles (04/08 & 12/08) - Rough times! Not going to give up. FET #1: FET June 24th - 2 snowbabies July 06 - HPT =  BETA July 8th - 285!!  BETA #2 July 20th - 604!!!! BETA#3 July 13th - 1800!! ultra sound 7/14 - 1 munchkin, looking good! ultra sound 7/21- Saw a beautiful little heartbeat! (measuring 5 wks 5 days, offical count 6wks 4 days, Doctor says we are right on track) ultra sound 7/28 - Heart rate 109 beats oer min, peanut measured 6wks 3 days, offical count 7wks 4days, DR talking about releaseing to OBGYN soon. ultra sound 8/6: No heartbeat found, my fear has come, my third miscarriage has happened. D&E set for 8/12 8/12 -D&E .. sad day ... time will heal things .. tying to figure out where to go from here...

Assisted Hatching
Wanna,
Maybe your RE is taking estrace or some hormones...sounds like he is hormonally off to me. Sorry he misinformed you so much! Z, My doctor does assisted hatching with my embryos just to give us more of a chance. I did one FET without assisted hatching and still got a BFP. I think it is something they do when they have no answer for your problem, so they do all they can to get a BFP. My assisted hatching was done on my five day old embies. Just a thought. In answer to your other question,,,I always POS around day 5 post 5 day transfer and got BFP. My official bloodwork is done on 9dp5dt. As for me, my estrace is fluffing me up. No other complaints. Looking forward to the 16th.

Thanks everyone for your prayers and well wishes!! I just had a long stressful day at work, and now unwinding and relaxing for tomorrow!
BTW, does your RE recommend bedrest after transfer? Mine doesn't require or recommend bedrest, but I think I'll do it over the weekend anyway.

Protocol
Good evening ladies,
Midum--Sending you lots of baby dust and wishing you well with your ET. Z-Momma- My RE does assistant hatching if it is needed. I'm not sure how they determine this. RE automatically does ICSI (direct egg injection of sperm). Yes, the lupron is making me have night sweats. Last night, I had to get up and change my gown! Also, I'm beginning to feel bloated with Estrace. Tomorrow, I go in for lining check and get an update.

Midum good luck today!!!! We are all thinking very POSITIVE thoughts for you
 Let us know how it goes!! When is your beta?? My RE doesn't require bedrest afterwards but I'm hoping my transfer falls on a Thursday or Friday like yours so I can spend a few days flat on my back :lol !z_momma how are you feeling?? Any more twinges? Will you POAS or wait for your Beta? More baby dust for you!!Leigh good luck at your lining check today! Hope everything will be good to go for the 17th  Ok when you guys say "fluffing you up" from the Estrace - do you mean it is making you bloated?? I'm curious. I've never been on it before. I'm expecting AF to arrive on Sunday or Monday so I'll start my patches that day! wanna that is exciting you started your Lupron! Does that mean you got AF? Any guesses as to your transfer date? "Fluffing up"
By saying fluffing up, I mean bloated and fat. I am trying to watch what I eat so I dont add to it. Honestly, its not that bad, it is just a better excuse for being overweight than having to say that I eat too much. hahahaha For me, the fluffiness is not more than PMS fluff. Hope this helps.
I went to see Dracula today and had an ultrasound. All looks good,,,my lining is at 10, type one so I can increase Estrace to 2 pills 3times a day...thats a total of 6mg a day...boy o boy will I be fluffy...hahaha

At like weird

Okay ladies up and at'em
Okay, the nurse told me to get up and move around I can resume back to light activity so hubbie has planned a surprise birthday party for me 2morrow!he thinks I don't know, so I am gonna take it easy I am outta bed and I feel great my stomach just feels full and bloated at the bottom so she wants me to walk and move around get blood circulating there. I will be celebrating my 33rd birthday! And these babies are my gift from God! (notice I said babies cause we put 4 back)

Take it easy and let those embies stick!!Wannabemommmy - Congrats on starting the Lupron. Let the hot flashes begin! Maybe your RE and your Embryologist should go have coffee and see if they can't get on the same page!z_momma - My RE does assisted hatching when the zona (the outer shell of the embie) is thick. It's great to have a thick zona for freezing, but then it may require a little help to bust through it to keep growing on thaw. So I guess they kind of crack the egg to help the little chickie out! And Happy Birthday!! LVFC309 - Things seem to be moving right along for you! Getting excited?? Polarbaby - Saying thet you're "fluffy" is just too cute! I cracked up. It's like saying, "women don't sweat, they gloathe!" Hope everybody is doing great and have a great weekend!!

Well, we ended up transferring two today. We thawed 3, but only 2 survived. We still have 1 frozen left for a rainy day. Surprisingly, the 5-day blast didn't survive the thaw, but the 2 6-day blasts did survive. Anyone know if there are any differences in success rates between 5-day and 6-day blasts? My clinic says there isn't much difference, but it seems that the 5-day should fare better since they developed faster. One of the blasts was already hatching, and the other was reexpanding. I think my beta is June 15.
