I was going to ask ya'll for a typical calendar but it sounds like that isn't possible. I'm miscarrying now (from a fresh cycle) and we want to get on with the FET cycle asap but I have a wedding on Aug 22 to attend and doing all of the monitoring while traveling (we're going to fly down on the 19th or so and then take a motorhome...as yet to be purchased...from Mn to Wa in a couple of week drive). Then fly home from there. (Just a little trip LOL) I don't want to be fussing with monitoring while traveling so I was hoping to do the trip on the lupron supression portion of the program then do the US's and blood work when home, with a transfer in late Sept.

I suppose I'll just email the clinic and check it out. We have 20 Frosties waiting for us and our clinic has a 90% success rate with thawing so we have far more than we'll ever use. 15 are 5aa (top quality) and 5 are 5ab (second quality, still very high).

We aren't talking about anythiing specific yet as the clinic wants to do numbers again on Monday. They say there's a very very slim chance that a twin hung on because my progesterone is still high and hcg is as well, but that's hard to go by given mine was trippling early on. If it followed that course it would have been 9500 or so and it was only 2100 something yesterday. Grrr just get on with it! Anyhoo, I think I'll be joining ya'll soon. Hopefully this one will work. I'm getting tired of it all!

Igloo- Welcome here on the Sept. FET board!

I totally understand the getting on with it feelings! My best advice is you have to sit tight and see what Monday's tests bring (will they do an u/s too?) One might be holding on tight, and then you won't have to do an FET.

You know from the other boards how long it took my hcg to drop to a level where I could proceed with FET! Most RE want you to wait 1 cycle before doing FET, sometimes 2 cycles. Try to be patient, I do know how difficult that is....
If the other one didn't make it either, depending on how fast/slow your hcg drops, it might work out fine for your timeline with traveling. You have fantastic quality snowembies waiting!

Igloo, so sorry for your lose. This is what happen to me with my fresh cycle. We had a miscarriage at 8 weeks 3 days on June 24, 2007 I finally got my first period after my miscarriage in Aug and we were able to do a Sept FET which resulted in our DD. I hope you are able to Join us for Sept as well.

I just made the call to my insurance to get approved for Sept, a nurse is suppose to call me tomorrow! I cannot wait to get everything started.

How is everyone doing? AF is due in 12 days. I am supposed to call the RE after I get my period so we can schedule a few tests--an SIS and another trial transfer. I am getting so anxious. I don't want to worry because I know the stress is not good. Does anyone have any suggestions for coping emotionally through this process?

Tonya- I understand the anxiety! I think the best thing to do is keep busy. I would schedule some special time like going to a museum or a movie, get a massage or pedicure. I think the stress is just part of the process unfortunatly. It wil be so worth it!

I have an apt with my high risk OB tomorrow for a pre conception eval. Last month he took lots of blood and did some tests to make sure I didn't have any underlying conditions which would cause my blood pressure probs during preg. We find the results tomorrow. He will then determine our risk factors for another preg. He will either give us a green light for the FET or will tell us we should not get preg again. I am nervous.

Tonya, I echo what Kay said, unfortunately stress is a part of the process for this as we all want it so badly. I know its impossible not to think about it all the time but I am trying to take my mind off it for an hour here and there by reading and watching films or like Kay said going for a massage or pedicure and having girl time. Hope you find something to help you relax, and remember we are all here to help each other through the good times and bad

I am off to Australia tonight to visit my brother and his 2 gorgeous little boys. They are 2 and 4 so will keep me busy over the next 12 days and hopefully keep my mind off the IVF for a bit. I might not be online as much but will try to catch up with you all when I can.
