Hey Nicola! I am so glad you are finally where you want to be living! I can't wait to hear about your 2nd beta! I have been checking all day. I hope you had the best news! I am sorry about the mole, but seriously, if it is something bad, thank god they saw it! When are you going to come over to the June due dates thread? I miss all of you girls over there. There are a bunch of really great girls over there too!

Kitty~ I am so glad you get to have your u/s tomorrow! I am praying for the best news ever, I hope you see that little heart fluttering away!

Michaela! GREAT NUMBER GIRL!

AFM: I have had a GREAT day! I did my levels again and they just called with my number 6914!!!!!! I am soooo happy girls! I was honestly worried after the last one didn't double completely even though RE said it was a perfect increase. THIS WAS A FANTASTIC INCREASE! I am at 37 hour doubling time! I feel so much better. I HAVE OTHER GREAT NEWS!!! I get my 1st u/s on MONDAY!!!!! I had called my OB and he is the one who ordered the extra blood testing and said the levels are fantastic and that he is ready to do an u/s! YAY!!! Next week hopefully will prove to be a very exciting week, because tuesday I have another u/s with my RE! Hopefully I too will see a beautiful little heart fluttering away!

Leslie - Congratulations on a healthy increase. That's wonderful news.

Lifeluver - Hooray! Hooray! Hooray! I've always wanted twins, but triplets are even better. Take care of yourself so you can provide a good, warm home for them to grow.

Godiva - I know what you mean, after my I'm wondering where can I go to keep in touch. I hope I can speak to you guys to wish you all luck. Maybe we can start another thread for ladies-in-waiting?

Nicola - Always be safe. Get it checked out and follow whatever they suggest. Congrats on the and good luck on your u/s.

Kitty - for a great u/s surprise.

AFM - I got AF today and feel horrible. I've had terrible insomnia ever since I stopped my treatment. On the brighter side, I decided that I will attempt to use the clear blue fertility monitor to try to track my ovulation. Since I have mild PCOS I don't know if I ovulate every month. I guess we'll see. I just feel like I need to keep proactive toward my goal of having a family. I'm hoping (maybe unrealistically) that we conceive on one of my ovulation days. I mean, I've read that men with low morphology can and have fathered children naturally, I mean it only takes one, right?? I guess it will be fun to try. I'll keep you guys posted. Of course, I'll only be able to do that for one month and then my DH goes away for work. I think he may come home for a visit or two, so I guess we'll see if it coincides with my ovulation.

Warm wishes and to all!

Good night. I gotta try to get some sleep!

Kitty, Good luck at your u/s I really hope you get to see your baby's heartbeat.

Kay, I also have lots of moles. I had an early malignant melanoma removed last year so I am extra careful now but really gad the nurse told me about this one as I cant see it because of where it is. Hopefully its not a problem. I am off to the Dr in about an hour so I will ask for my beta result then.

Life, We are still in temporary accommodation at the moment while we wait for our furniture to be shipped over so for the next 3 weeks at least we will be living out of a suitcase. It will be lovely to be finally unpacked and able to settle down again. Congratulations on the triplets and good luck for the next u/s. I hope the right answer comes to you and DH, you have to do whatever is right for you.

Leslie, I have had a quick peek at the June due date thread but I am still too nervous to move over until I have my scan. I will hopefully be there soon though . Congratulations on a great beta and good luck at your u/s.

The saga continues...

I swear, sometimes I feel like I am watching someone else's life.

Went for u/s. Sac has grown, but no sign of yolk. Doc says there's a 90% chance of failure. He will have me in next Mon or Tues to do another u/s, but doesn't want to "drag this out". He said that if nothing then, he'll do a D&C on Wednesday. I don't even know what that is and don't have the heart to google it yet.

I did have more blood taken. So, we'll see what happens with my levels.

I continue to hope and pray that it is our late implanter (doc reminded me that all milestones will be behind if that's the case) working it's way to us.

I have read exhaustively about others this has happened to. I think, at this point, that I will opt out of the D&C if I can and let nature take it's course. I don't know if that's a choice for me to make, but I don't want to rush things. I'm willing to go for a few more weeks hoping unless there is some harm to me.

Now I'm off to work all day and then a work party tonight that there's no way I'm getting out of.

Putting on my happy face and praying for all of us.

2nd beta result is in Ladies and its a lovely 5323, so I am feeling very happy. Still no news on the date for my u/s yet though.

The other good news is the Dr thinks my mole is fine and while I was there he had a look at all my other moles and cant see any worrying ones

Hope everyone else is having a good day.

Kitty~ My goodness what an awful ride you are on. I know you just need some answers. I am praying that it is a late implanter. I am sending a ton of hugs your way.

Nicola~ YAY on the beta!! That is a great number! I am so glad the mole was non threatening! Yay! I understand about the wait on coming over to the other board. It is scary. I felt like it would safe guard me from things going wrong if I joined over there. Haha I am so glad you got such great news today!

Yesi~ I think the ovulation kit idea is awesome! You will have something to concentrate on! I love that you are being proactive! I think there are some threads like the one your mentioned. I am praying for a miracle to land right into your lap!

Thinking of you girls and so happy to see so much good news here!

Kitty- for your late implanter to keep on growing. What a roller coaster of emotions.

Yesi- I think your plan sounds great, and it really helps to have a plan. It only takes one, that's right!

Nicola- so glad your beta has risen nicely and you are doing well. I get cold sores too and they are no fun. I hope yours is healing!

Life- wow 3 sacs! Great news! I agree, see what happens in 10 days and then make your decisions. Things may be a bit more clear by then.

Leslie- ultrasound on Monday already-you lucky girl! for you!

AFM- had the hematology consult yesterday for my recent MTHFR diagnosis. Basically, I will be on a higher dose folic acid and B vitamins from now up until my transfer which is going to be in January. I will do the endometrial biospsy with a mock natural cycle which will be at the end of this month to rule out any problems there. Waiting for good 'ol again!

Kitty- TOY and just wanted you to know in case the news ends up not being good, that I did a natural m/c in the spring. Medically it was the best for me, but it would have been nice to be anesthesized for the D & C and wake up and have it over with. I have had previous D&C's and they are really pretty easy procedures, so don't let that scare you if you are to get one. Minimal pain, just a little cramping afterwards.

KUP and I am praying that you get good news, but wanted to give you some other info. in case it is helpful for you to have it. I will tell you what my doctor said, a miracle can happen, but start to prepare yourself in case it doesn't.
Sending you tons of HUGS!

Yrdl- Saw a thread that Jen posted on earlier that was ladies waiting til 2010, maybe that would be a place to go???

Nicola- Great beta!

TOY all....

Hi ladies,

Beta went up from 1275 to 2266. In almost one week (6 days), so clearly, not good. Yet still rising enough to drive me crazy.

I just don't know what to do with myself. I have read stories where this kind of thing happens and miracles happen. Will I get a miracle? Am I just kidding myself?

My faith has been so tested this year. I really don't know where to turn at this point. Last week, I did really well trying to be positive and hope for my miracle. While the game isn't over yet, I'm getting my a$$ kicked. IF: 5 Kitty: 0

Thanks for listening. I know you all know how difficult this is. I spent the whole day working (and night entertaining people) with a fake smile on my face...almost out of body...and now that I'm home, doing my PIO shots and popping estrogen like it's Pez, the awfulness of the situation is really setting in.

Tomorrow's another day...I will continue to pray for all of us. God, please...please help!

Kitty- What did the RE say about this number today? Now are you going to wait for the next u/s or do you have any more Betas? I was just hoping todays # would be excellent and there would be no question. I guess it is just good that the numbers are still going up.... then there is hope, but I do know it must be difficult in the mean time. You and your baby are in my s!!
