I'm so glad to hear that all is well with you. I'm almost in the same boat and have been cutting back on my google 'research' time. Do what works for you and at 9 weeks, you will be out of the first trimester before you know it!!

Hello Ladies
Kitty, so sorry to hear your news, thinking of you and hope things do happen naturally for you. I have an appointment for my scan on Thursday morning and Im feeling quite nervous. DH is in Paris from Wednesday to Friday so he is upset about missing it so I am trying to change to to Friday afternoon but I dont think I will be able to. I am waiting to hear back from the Drs secretary. I have no symptoms except sore boobs so I think that is what is making me more nervous about the scan. How is everyone else doing?

Husband age 30- MFI  Pudd - 4 years old silver tabby cat Pickle - 4 years old silver tabby catOct 08 -Laparoscopy and removal of 3 endometriotic cysts. IUI x 3 with Clomid all IVF#1 1st July - Start Gonal-F U/S - 6th July showed 23 follicles!!! U/s - 9th July, 36 follicles!!! ER - 13th July, 28 eggs!! 14th July, 18 eggs fertilized with ICSI 16th July, 12 embryos being frozen today High risk of OHSS so now planning FET in September 19th August, start Lucrin injections 1st September, start oral meds 16th Sept, start pessaries 22nd Sept, ET 07 Oct, Beta 658  14th Oct, Beta 5323- 02 Nov - u/s scan- no hb seen, threatened miscarriage

Ladies, I am very pleased to report the scan went well this morning and 1 sac was seen with a lovely little heartbeat.
So pleased. I am going for another scan on 2nd Nov which I am really pleased about as DH wasnt there today as he is in Paris for work. And I want to see the baby again of course Kay I am going on to the June due date thread in just a minute  Hope everyone else is doing well.

The doctor doesn't think its bad but still gave me progesterone vaginal tablet to enhance my progesterone. My ultrasound is scheduled for Dec. 1. Is this insane or what!! Apparently my husband's surgery worked! He's away on travel so he doesn't know it yet. I don't want to tell him over the phone, so I need to keep this to myself till I see him on Thanksgiving. Is this something to be thankful for this year or what!!! I'm still in disbelief!!!

Telling DH
Well, I took the pregnancy test stick and for now have put it in a jewelry box (you know the kind for bracelets, so its long enough.) I bought him a bracelet for our anniversary this year that he wasn't crazy about...he's not much into man-jewelry...so I was thinking of telling him that I think he'll like this one better...and just let him open it...what do you think? Do you have any other ideas?
I'm looking for great ways to break the news to everyone..so far I've only told one sister who I am very close to (and swore her to secrecy of course!) then I'll tell my DH. After that, I'd like to tell my mom, my sisters, and after my ultrasound, I'll tell his family and my friends...geez so much to do! Give me ideas please!!!

Yrdl22~Oh my gosh!!!!! That is such great news!!!! I can't believe it! See God is always looking out! I seriously cannot explain the joy I felt while reading your posts!!! When is DH coming home? How are you doing with keeping it to yourself? At least you were able to trust your sis to keep it secret! That gives you one person to talk to about it until he gets home! I am so excited for you. I was so sad that it didn't work for you when we were all going through IF treatments. Apparently this was the way you were supposed to have it happen
What is the next step with the doctor? How far along does this put you? Could you still come join the June Due Date thread? Even if it is in July I would join with us. I love having some of our girls on there! Sorry for the 20 questions! I am just so happy for you! :c heer:
