My first FET is scheduled the first week of August. I had a BFN my last IVF cycle. I have 2 grade B frozen blasts. And they were slow frozen. Any success stories with Grade B blasts? I am right now paranoid. I took the first -ve really hard and I am dying sittiing thinking "What if this won't work?"........I am taking it one step at a time.....Now it is whether the blasts are going to thaw.....Next it will be the 2ww.....
I am draining myself out thinking what should I do to increase my chances. Any advice on how to deal with things will be helpful!

I know how frustrating and sad it can be to go through IVF only to get a BFN. I had a BFN in February from my fresh cycle and it was devastating. I am not a success story yet since I had a failed FET as well, but it had more to do with my having uterine fibroids than anything else. One thing I didn't do for both of my cycles was join one of the threads for support. I am doing FET #2 in September and am a part of the September thread. Have you gone over to the August thread yet? I wish I had some advice for you. Good luck to you!

JustOne4Me - I had -ve in march-apr 09 in my fresh but I just got BFP in my first FET. I was also so much devasted after bfn. FET can work and its also easy on body then fresh IVF. I know its easier said then done but try not to worry about things not in your hand. like thawing etc. is not in our hand but all we can do is hope and pray.Think positive. I was also not in this forum in fresh cycle but during my FET it helped me so much.Good Luck!!

Wannabemommy - Was your cycle a BFN or a chemical pregnancy? What did u different this time around?

JustOne4Me - my fresh cycle was BFN , the diff between fresh and FET is , in fresh I had 3 day embryos(very good) and in FET I had 5 day blasts(very good). In FET I ate pineapple until the day before I got BFP, one pinapple last about 5 days and was drinking grape juice.

when everybody says worrying never ends after BFP, it is true so if possible try take it easy.

I just had my fresh IVF cycle in May/June of 09. I was so positive about it and felt so good but it ended up in being a BFN. I had taken about 5 tests so I knew before hand, but I still cried the entire day of the beta. After some soul searching and a lot of praying, we decided to go straight into an FET. The first time around I was trying to control everything....do this..don't do this.....try this, don't try that.......Plus with all the stim meds I was all over the place...........

This time, I've decided that I am just going to be me. I am not going to try to change myself thinking that I have more control than our Maker above. I think we want to blame someone or something when it doesn't work but the truth is that there is a reason that it just was not the right time.

I just returned from a 3 week trip to my sister who had an emergency hysterectomy. If my fresh cycle had worked I would not have been able to just pick up and leave as quick as I did...........so even though I did not understand the day I got the negative I do understand now.......God always has reasons.

Keep hoping and praying and don't let things get you down. There is a reason that you have it on your heart to be a mother and no one can change that or take that away from you. Just know that sometimes our timing is all wrong and we just have to wait for the right timing.

Sorry for the long email. But I know how you feel and I just want you to be positive about your upcoming FET. Mine is on July 28th..........

These threads help alot because as women we can relate to one another and feel encouraged that we are not alone.
