I have three frozen 5-6 day blastocysts and my doctor insists on only transferring 2. So I finally agreed and said we will do 2. I am now on Estrace and Lupron. I started Estrace on Day 3 of my cycle and now am up to 2mg three times a day. My question is this- Has anyone had a Day 20 or Day 24 transfer and had success? To me this seems late??? This will be happening next week, but I go for bloodwork on Monday (Day 16) and I guess they will start the thawing then ?? This is my first frozen transfer so I just thought I would see if anyone has a similar experience?

My ET was on cd19. The thing is that they are completely controlling your cycle to fit in their or your schedule. It isn't like catching ovulation.

The thawing is usually done that morning and the transfer is done that afternoon. Some clinics might thaw the night before.

I thought that they thawed more than one day. I had no clue it was thawed and transferred so closely together. Thanks so much for your replies. I am getting so nervous. The reason I ask this question is I am having a family party at my house on day 22 which is a saturday.. they said my transfer will either be friday day 20 or I was going to see if they could push it to Monday because I will be very busy with getting the party in order and organized... I was afraid Day 24 would be too late, but the nurse was saying that they are controlling my cycle with the lupron and estrace??? I wanted to get some opinions because I don't want to mess up my chances. I already failed two fresh cycles and now this is my first frozen cycle. I am pretty much out of money now so I am not sure what I will do next... Sorry for rambling and thanks for listening-- please for me...
