10/23 lupron 20IU
10/24 to 11/5 lupron 10IU U/S
oral estrace from 10/24 to after
FET FROM 1 to 3 the 2 after FET
Progesterone from 11/6 to after
FET
FET WILL BE ON 11/12

I am new to this site. We are planning an FET in November. We just did our 1st IVF in September and it was unsuccessful. We only have 1 frozen embie but hopefully this is the one. My doc said he wants to do a natural cycle so no meds.

You're so lucky to do natural cycle! The meds scare me...do you do any progesterone? That has to be less stress on your body!

Just got my meds in the mail- YEAH! IF does wierd things to us- look what I'm excited about. Of course I still have 2 weeks of bcp but still looking at ET on 11/11.

I guess I am lucky. I just went through all the meds a month back and am glad I don't have to do any this time. They will start me on Progesterone right before the transfer and then just the trigger. I am hoping around November 3-4 to do the transfer. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the 1 frozen embryo will thaw and survive.

I'm doing a natural cycle too. I just have to call them when I get my next period (I just got mine for this month yesterday), so I get to take the month off from any meds, which is nice. I will have to do PIO though, but thats alright. So I will probably be doing the transfer around the 18th of Nov based on how my cycles normally are. Anyone else that late in Nov, or am I the caboose of this train?

Hi everyone-

I am also doing a natural cycle - if the timing goes well I will be around the 20th as well, although my RE warned me could be late next month from all the follicles. So we'll see - hopefully it won't be too close to Thanksgiving! So Kelbell, it may be you and me bringing up the rear!

Angela, good luck, I hear with the vitrification method the embies have a much better survival rate, so I'm for you.

I am happy to be doing natural, but it is a lot of sitting around and waiting, and after the failure it is hard to get excited. I don't want to get my hopes up again, but then I want to be positive...

Anyway, so glad I have this group....

Angela/Kel/Anytime- looks like we will all be within days of each other. I am on a med cycle which sucks but the bright side is I can control the transfer day, so I made it a friday so I have the weekend to relax. to you all b/c we will get those transfer and all we need for them to do is to stick!!!

Hello Ladies! I would like to join the November rollercoaster!

I've gone through two IVF cycles with both of them coming up short. We weren't sure if we could do a FET right away because of finances (we pay everything out of pocket) but the FET is quite a bit cheaper than the whole IVF procedure so we thought we should just keep chugging along. I'm hoping that this FET will do the trick.

I'm not sure what type of cycle I'm on...I'm waiting for to show up and then I will start taking Estradiol. From what I understand from the phone call with me RE I will be on that for about 10 days and then go in for a u/s to make sure things are quiet and the lining looks good at least 8. If everything is going as planned then I will start progesterone and do the transfer a few days later. We are planning on putting 3 embies back. We have 3 -8 eight cell embryos and 2 - 7 cell. I think I might be on a natural cycle because I'm not taking quite as many meds as others but then again I'm taking more meds than those that say they are on a natural cycle?? I'm not sure but either way I'm that this one works!! If I have things timed out right I think I should be doing the transfer the 2nd week of November.

I've been hearing a lot about acupuncture. How does it help?? My RE told me a have to wait until after AF to get my calendar and start b/c. Should start on 13th hopefully?? I've never actually looked forward to AF. I'm willing to try anything that might help though...
