Positive Prenancy Test after Miscarriage
Good afternoon everyone..I have a question and am hoping someone might have an answer. I did 1st round of FET in August. My transfer was on Aug 03(2 blasts). On Aug 14 my Beta was 94. I tested again on Aug 17 and my Beta was 75..I tested again on Aug 20 and my Beta was 15.8 (Chem Pregnancy). I stopped all meds on Aug 20 and started my cycle on Aug 24th..I stopped cycle on Aug 28th.. I started my BC on Sep 01..well for some reason on Sep18 I had the urge to take a pg test and it was positive(took total of 5 and all positive)..call my Dr was advised to come in on Monday for blood test. I went in for the blood test and asked for a US too...well they did notice a sac attached to the left side of my uterus..said they werent sure what it was but would call me later with the HCG level...received call that afternoon and my BETA was 285...was advised to come back in today for another US and blood work... went in this morning and the sac was still there...the Dr. advised that sac might be cells growing due to the all of the embroy not passing...have not yet heard what my numbers are for today..but i was wondering if anyone has been through something like this..because it is making me confussed....sorry its so long.....

I've never experienced that, but I did have a MC, and the doctor did warn me that initially I would still get a positive HPT... I would assume that your numbers would not go up unless something good was happeneing. It is possible that your numbers were all correct, and the 1st two were due to chemical pregnancy. Usually a chemical pregnancy would be only 14 days after transfer... after that you might have gotten a real beta? AF could have been implantation bleeding. I really don't want to give you any false hope, but it could be good... Make sure you keep us updated on what you B/W says! *praying for you*

Thanks ladies... my Beta yesterday dropped 1 number 284...so Dr wants to do another US on Thursday...so we'll see
