FET scheduled 11/29/06
Hi ladies,
I just got the call from my RE's office well it's a go, my FET is scheduled for Wednesday November 29 at 11:30am. I just now pray that the blasts make it through the thaw.  Mihlya

 *Kellie* me- 31 DH-32 -July 05-TTC naturally - got off of BCP -3 cycles with clomid- BFN (never ovulated) -3 cycles with injections and IUI- BFN each time -Starting taking metformin in late September and ovulated on my own Nov 06- first time since I have gotten off BCP without medication. -ICSI - ER on 1/9/07- got 29 eggs, 21 fertilized!!  -ET on 1/12/07 transferred 2 embroys  1/23/07 Beta #243First U/S on 2/6/07- saw two heartbeats- TWINS! Thanks Chris,
I have 3 frozen, we are going to transfer 2. My RE said that they are going to unfreeze them the day of transfer is this normal procedure? The closer I get the more nervous I get that they will not unfreeze properly. But I guess it's out of my hands.... Mihlya

Mine were thawed the day of the transfer as well. We had 2 frozen and was told that it was about a 50/50 chance of each embryo surviving the thaw. But they both made it....unfortunately though it didn't work for us. Anyways, your right, it's out of your hands but I'll be saying a prayer for your little ones and praying that they both survive the thaw
and most importantly that they both implant

Laura 29 ( + for Anti sperm antibodies) DH 33 TTC 6 yrs. 3 failed IUI's IVF/ICSI#1 Aug. 06 "chemical pregnancy" 1st beta 374, 2nd beta 292, 3rd beta 34, 4th beta 1 IVF/ICSI#2 Dec. 06.....BFP!  1st beta on 12/21 614, 2nd Beta on 12/26 6900 1st OB Sono 1/9/07......2 heartbeats!!!!! (Baby A 131 bpm/Baby B 134bpm) 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Sono showed both babies doing well! EDD 8/28/07 (more than likely will be scheduled c-section)

Congrats Mihlya on making a great environment for your snowembies - that's half the battle of an FET. I'll be praying for you on Wed!
Can I ask why you are only transferring 2 of the 3 blasts? Considering the possible thaw complications, and chances of implantation, curious why the RE is suggesting to leave one blast on ice? I don't mean to add stress - I know what you're going through believe me! I only have 1 blast to transfer, so the thought of having more is so cool...
