My fet was 12/7/06 and now the waiting is driving me nuts I am trying so hard not to do hpt. I have to wait until 12/21/06. Should I take a hpt and if so when?

I know the waiting game is very hard. I would say it's the worst part of either the iui/ivf/fet. As for doing a hpt I would try not to, this time I actually made it the 2wks without using an hpt. However, if you absoultely have to I would do it either the day before the test or the day of, just so that you are prepared for the out come. As for the 2ww, try watching some movies/tv shows perferably comedy. Read a book, do a crossword, what ever helps with getting your mind preoccupied with something else.

I am in the 2ww too and I can very well understand ur situation.But one thing I've decided..no HPT...
I am really afraid of them I have my 1st beta on 12/18
I just sit n watch movies ,play some games ,get really bored,rest and pray..Wish you all the best!!!

Everything I have read on this forum is a big NO to the hpt because they can be inaccurate. I know its hard, the waiting game is for the birds.
