BETA Insanity

Ok so I go into today and my level is 120 -- I'm rising. My situation is complicated as I tested way early (Monday) with my doctor when my official test should have been yesterday. So my numbers would probably been at 90 which is a respectable number.

So the thinking is that perhaps I was pregnant with twins and one didn't make it (hence the bleeding and slower rise) or that one was a late implanter. At this moment, I am definitely pregnant - which is great news. I'm not out of the woods yet but I am trying to be really hopeful.

I go in for another BETA on Sunday so that should be a little more telling. Keep your fingers crossed. I want this so badly but I'm trying to make peace with whatever the outcome may be and try not to agonize.

TGB,
I had the same thing happen, I bled the day after I got my + beta results. Then when they checked my next beta it had not risen as they wanted, they then did one more 2 days later and it more than doubled! As you can see by my signature all is well. Actually I just had my first official "OB appointment" and got to hear the heartbeat by doppler. So I have have lots of positive thoughts for you!! Good luck on Sunday.

Take it one day at a time. The numbers are rising which is a good sign. Since you did test much earlier then originally scheduled it's possible you are right on target. Keep us posted.

Good news...

My BETA rose to 300. I'm so happy but so nervous too. Things are definitely going in the right direction but I am not doubling as I would hope.

MY RE's office left a message and said this is really great news. Unfortunately, I was away when she called. I want to talk to her about the slow rise. But I can't imagine her telling me it was good news if she didn't feel somewhat confident.

The bright side is that my BETA didn't rise this high last time I had a chemical preganancy. So technically I've made it farther than before. Hopefully this outcome will be much better.

Keep me in your prayers and thougths.

Bad News

My doctor's office read my chart wrong and thought Friday I was at 70 not the 120 I was. So after telling me to be optimistic she had to tell me this was not good. AFTER I POINTED OUT HER ERROR..

I'm just so low I have no idea what to do now. It's one thing to be prepared mentally for bad news but another to have the rug yanked out from you once you felt like there was hope.

I'm sorry to ramble but I honestly do not know what to do now...I'm crushed.
