CQ ~ So far only Tristan is BFing - he is also taking bottles of EBM (expressed breastmilk). Silas refuses to BF :-( He is taking bottles of EBM. Elsa is another one who is clueless as to latching on :-( She too is on EBM. I am having no problem keeping up with their demand for milk, which is fantastic! It is kind of a bummer to pump all the time, but its not that bad. I am totally willing to keep up with it as long as I have to, but would love it if they would all BF. We'll see how it goes... This is all totally normal for preemies - I am not a bit concerned.

So, Elsa is still probably a week+ away from coming home. She is just such a lil pea - weighing 4lbs 2oz. It will be so nice to have her home! With the boys & our prechoolers to take care of time is flying...

Disney ~ You must be so excited! I am excited for you! Yes, DD is a HUGE help. And she loves her babies. DH was sure that she would have asked me to take them back by now, but no such comment has been made. She is so happy & proud to be a big sister. I am so proud of her!

Gina ~ Hope all is well with you. Dating yet ?

Carina--I can't believe that your babies are already a month old! I am glad that Elsa will be coming home soon too... That'll be wonderful, I know! Good for Tristan latching on--woo hoo! You must feel like a mama cow expressing all of that milk, but hey, I'm glad that you're making it and that they're drinking it! Woo!

Disney--how are your shots so far? When do you go back to the RE for monitoring?

Erika- congrats on the "PREGNANT" sign! May you have a healthy and happy pregnancy!

My shots are no biggie...just Lupron as of now. I'm even doing them myself again! I'm so busy with school, I'm afraid I'm going to miss a step (or shot!) I have the baseline U/S and bloodwork on Wednesday, so hopefully all is good to go!

Carina- How are the babies? I'll bet they've changed so much already in just one month!

CQ-How is DD adjusting to your growing belly?? Is she into feeling the baby move?

Erika--Congrats on the on your HPT! Keep us posted on your beta... Didn't you find the whole FET process to be so much easier?

Disney--it's great that you're giving yourself the shots... I guess that I could if I *had to,* but DH did a terrific job with them.

DH and DD haven't caught the baby in the act of kicking yet--I am sure that'll happen soon. DD does kiss my belly, though. It's cute. She also asks to read her books about becoming a big sister (we bought her two). She also comes with me to my OB visits, so she is able to hear the HB on the doppler. I'll post another pic at the beginning of trimester 3--can't believe I'm almost there! Insanity!

New to board just did SFET 4days ago

Hey girls...just wanted to get some advice from you. I had a FET transferring 3 FE's and 2 took 6 yrs ago, resulting in twin healthy boys who are now 5! So we decided to go back and transfer only 1 this time on Sept. 26. I've been having a lot of pinching and cramping like af is coming. Should I be concerned? Last time I took a hpt and got a ++ at 6dp5dt, but I was having twins...this time we only transferred 1. Any advice you girls can give me would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Thx soo much,
Jen

and many prayers that your one little embryo is making itself at home, and that is why you are feeling the pinching/cramping.....it is nerve-wracking, but normal for either PG or AF, so it is so hard to wait and see!

I have seen people get results early even with 1 embryo, so good luck if you decide to test!

Hi Jen--congrats on your twin boys! I did have some cramping after my FET (and fresh cycle as well). It's nerve-wracking to think about each little pinch or movement... Ack! When are you planning to POAS? Best wishes, and let us know what happens!

Disney--how are your injections? When do you go for your transfer?

Thanks girls for the warm You are very sweet. Well it's only5dp5dt and I tested , but I know it's still early. I'm going to try again tomorrow morning. I know with the twins I tested positive on 5dp5dt, but that was with twins and I think my hcg was growing real fast....could that be right?? Thanks! Best of luck to you all, too!

Yeah, Jen... That's really early to POAS. I didn't test until 7dpt6dt with my FET last fall... Even then, I was worried that it was too early. Those pee sticks are just evil, evil! Keeping good thoughts for you!

Jen--keep us posted!

I have my glucose test this week... Blah! I'll post another belly pic next weekend... Heading into the 3rd trimester soon--can't believe it! Baby is active and getting big!

Yes, it did sneak up on me fast! Being busy with teaching has helped pass the time tremendously!!! I have been so busy at school that it has been hard for me to focus on the fact that I'm also in the midst of prepping for the FET...I mean, I go through the motions of pill taking/injections/etc., but my mind isn't dwelling on it like in past cycles....probably a good thing, just as long as I don't forget an injection/appointment! I guess it is because FETs are so easy compared to IVFs, thank goodness! It is hard for me to fathom that I could be PG in a little over a week! Sometimes I'm still like, "OMG, what am I thinking?!" when DD gives me her roughest days (!), but then I am filled with so much love for her that I can only pray that I'll be blessed with another to love!

CQ- I can't believe that you're nearing the 3T! You talk about F-A-S-T!!!

Disney--it is great that you're not overly focused on your cycle... I sort of felt that way with our fresh cycle in the spring... With DD to look after, and the usual day-to-day stuff, it didn't really affect me like past cycles did. I guess that we already know that we had our "miracle baby." Being pregnant has whizzed by also... I am sure that it'll catch up with me at the end. The last few weeks of pregnancy with DD were slightly uncomfortable... I was quite large/swollen and ready to give birth. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out this time.

DD is looking forward to being a big sister! As for us, I know that DH and I are anticipating all of the infant stuff again--that phase just goes by way too fast!
