I just recieved my calendar for my September 19th FET. Tonight is my last day of pills, then let the patches and pills take over my life, while trying to act normal. I am so excited but starting to get nervous.

My FET is tentatively scheduled for Sept. 18th.

They saw some unknown fluid in my uterus during my CD 2 U/S so we won't know if we will go through with the FET until my next U/S on Sept. 11.

Kari- I hope the fluid turns out to be not a problem. My US is on 9/10- I'm nervous about it too.

I had my first hot flash this morning from the estrogen- ughh. I had forgotten about that. Af should be arriving too.

I switched my patch today and I hope I didn't stick it too far down on my butt. Does it really matter? I think last time I ended up covering everything by the end.

My US in on Monday, I'm nervous about my lining. If it looks good though I'll be feeling great about it! I did pay for my baby today. Thanks VISA.

We, too, have put some of our IVF expenses on credit cards. The day of my retrieval I was a nervous wreck but my husband was excited because it occured to him to put the cost on his cc - then he could get Cabelas bucks and frequent flyer miles!

I had my US today and everything looks fine. My lining is at a 6 right now and there was some fluid in my uterus which they said was fine. It will probably go away and is there because I just got rid of AF. My next date is Friday, so fingers crossed that everything stays A-okay!!

Your lining is already 6! That's pretty good since it sounds like you're still at the beginning of your cycle! Tomorrow is CD 14 for me and I hope mine is at least 7mm. If it's 7 and no fluid I can continue with a FET on CD 21 (our embryos will be 6 days old on transfer day). If you had fluid also, it must not be that unusual at the beginning of a cycle.

I'm that my u/s goes well tomorrow too!

Kari- I'm so glad that your US went well- was the fluid gone? I have another on US on Friday. The final check and then I'm on for the 19th. Do you have another US before the transfer?

Nothing else new here except two patches and now 3 estrace pills a day. And wishing that Friday was here then poof to next Wednesday.

Hi Ladies, I hope you don't mind if I join you.
I am due for my FET on September 21st. We were unable to transfer after IVF due to a bad case of OHSS. I have 4 frozen Totsicles waiting, all grade A 1st class Blasts.

Anyway, if you don't mind me asking are any of you feeling highly emotional on the patches and Estrace pills? I want to cry at the drop of a hat which is very unlike me. I know it will all be worth it although the wait is killing me.
For some reason my calendar calls for an extended month on the pills which confuses me as my day of transfer would be the day I would normally start my period. My doctor keeps telling me that the medication is in charge now, not my body especially because he gave me a double shot of Lupron Depot a month ago. I am still confused but he knows what he is doing. I'm sure it has been done so it fits around his vacation calendar!!!!!

I am routing for you all and hope everything goes well at your transfers.

Limey, of course you may join us. It looks like our transfers are all in a row! My IVF was cancelled too for OHSS. A few months later we did FET and had a wonderful son 9 months later. Now, 7 years later, were doing it again. The Lupron should shut everything down and the medicine is the boss now. Some meds that I took were all off too. They seem to be able to minipulate anything with our bodies. Are you transferring all 4? Glad to have you!!

It sounds like all of us experienced the "joy" of OHSS. Welcome Limey. It's nice that all of us will be transferring around the same time.

Gina, the u/s did not detect any fluid this time. I do not have any more appointments before my FET. I think I'll just receive a call the day before to confirm the number of embryos to thaw. We have only 4 embryos left. Last month they thawed 4 and only 2 survived. I'm hoping I'll have another 2 this month.

I hope this will be a great month for FETs!

Hi all,
I would like to join all of you. I will be going thru my 2nd FET in Oct. I started Lupron on 9/6. I took my las bcp on 9/12. Will be starting Estrogen injections on 9/15. ET is scheduled for Oct. 5th.
