resuming work after 5 days of bed rest

Hi Ladies,

As you know I had my FET transfer on 29th July, since then I was on good rest for 6 days, Not on bed all time, but sitting, watching movies, little walk, shower thats it. My husband was cooking all these days. Tomorrow I have to go for work. I hope 6 days of rest is already sufficient.. right?

My work is mostly sitting and working with computer, meeting etc.,

Tomorrow I will also go for my E2/Prgoesterone test.

Let me know Ladies.

Jes.

You should be fine. I was told to take 3 days of "princess time", not total bed rest but like you described above. After that still take it easy, no exercise and stuff but resuming a desk job and low-key normal life is fine as far I know. Your RE should let you know what is ok to do.
