I have failed a recent fresh donor cycle due to a lining of 6, on low dose aspirin and good E2 levels with patches and few days of vaginal estrace. I am now in another cycle on vag. estrace 2 mg twice daily, with E2 level of 2000 today, and lining of 5. Did not start progesterone due to poor lining, and asked to add viagra suppositories with repeat u/s in 5 days!
Anyone any experience with unresponsive endometrium and use of viagra?

It's supposed to work for women who have a thin lining and help to thcken it up so the embaby can implant. Good luck.

My RE tried everything for my persistently thin lining, including viagra. Nothing worked for me. He is still miffed as to how I managed to get and stay pregnant. I will say that he will go ahead with most procedures if you have a 6mm lining. He prefers at least a 7, but will accept a 6. Unfortunately, mine rarely got above 5mm.

My lining was also thin. During one cycle my RE delayed my transfer and increased my estrogen, it did the trick. I asked about viagara and my RE seemed to think that there no true benefits to it. He said for evry study that says it works another shows it doesn't. My last cycle had better results with taking a higher doasge of estrogen earlier. Good Luck!
