I'd make sure and ask about preimplantation genetic diagnosis, esp since your previous preg was lost because of trisomy 18. You may not have enough embies for PGD but you should ask. Also, definitely ask about assisted hatching. With PCOS you may not have the option of a low-med FET cycle, but the doc should at least tell you why he's doing what he is. Make sure there aren't any tests he wants to repeat because of the M/C. Good luck!
