Good morning May girls!!! It's so good to hear from you all! I've been reading all weekend- but wasn't able to post much-its too much work to post long posts on the blackberry- and I knew this would be a long one!
It made me smile everytime a another gal found the thread!!!!

Karla- thank you so much for staring this thread! It's so good to hear from you. I was so worried back in June- it sounds like you went through some ordeal. How are you feeling now? Do they have your headaches etc. undercontrol? You just have to wonder why things happen sometimes- maybe it was to find out about the mthfr mutation- now they can treat it. It sounds like you have many decisions ahead of you- if only it was all easier! I completly understand about not wanting to fo the IVF route
again- especially with the response you're getting- you don't want to overstim- you already have learned that! Good to hear you salvaged the summer though. Did you go on your trip with SIL? Was that the one to MB? How was it? It's so good to hear from you!!!!!!

Angie-so good to hear from you also. I'm so glad you guys got to get away this summer. Money is just money- that time that you spent relaxing in priceless!!!! You needed and deserved it! I understand about staying away from the boards- I took a few weeks off in June and again July- its just good to sometimes. for wherever this IF journey takes you next!

Jessica- congrats on your ! Sound slike its been a smooth pregnancy so far- thats great! Can't wait to hear how you continue to progress. And can't wait to hear about that next ultrasound! I loved the pictures you posted!

Audra- I didn't a chance to post on the FET yet- but will there also- I'm so sorry to hear about Baby B. But, its so good that Baby A is doing so well. I had no idea you were planning such a big move! Wow! It's going to be some year for you!!! Oh- and I'm a huge disney fan as well- a disney cruise sounds like so much fun!

Tracy- you look so cute!!! Congrats on one boy- darn that other stubborn baby! Do you have any personal guesses???

Cari- I can't believe you DS is 5! Wow! I'd seen your belly pics on that thread (I love that thread) and you look great! DS is such a cutie-you can tell he loves his Mommy so much!!!

Teri!!!! Congrats on the BFP!!!!! I don't know how many times I broke my phone out and got on the FET thread Saturday waiting for that number!! I am so happy and excited for you! And your second number is great as well. SO glad you found this thread- I was going to let you know about it this am if you hadn't posted here yet! This baby(ies) love their new home and stay put! You deserve this! Wasn't Martieroo(Megan) a May girl as well????

I haven't heard from Shasta(Kelly) in a while. We were over on the FET thread together til maybe July- but she hasn't been around for a while. I thouht she wasmoving onto her 2nd FET at the end of August. Sometimes its just good to take a break from the boards. Hope you find your way back when you're ready Kelly- to tell us you're !!!

Okay- so what going on with me. Well this weekend has been crazy. I dind't comment on all the SIL/Sister issues becasue I wanted to down here- I've got mine also. Her twin pregnancy has been very difficult for me- especially after my first FET was negative. I just foung the in-laws to be very insenitive sometimes about what they said around me- how they acted- its just been really hard. Audra, Teri- sorry for the repeats here! But, this all changed Thursday- SIL went into pre-term labor at 28weeks with her twins. She's in the hospital- thats where we were all weekend- on a cocktail of drugs to stop her labor. Right now she's 3 cm and her cervix is fully softened. Basically the doctors want her to make it at least to Thursday- 29 weeks- so this is really scary. It's amazing how even thouh this has all been difficult for me, family is family, it was so very easy for me to push all my feelings aside and just be there for her. It was so nice to just be with my SIL again- we were close beofre she got preg- and just kind of drifted away with all the tension. So- Karla- I was so happy to hear that you and your sis have reconciled as well. Its just good to have family where they should be. Not saying this still isn't hard for me, or is for you, but all those negative feelings have kind of subsided, and its such a wonderful place to be. Please say your that she can hold out just a bit longer. These babies are still way too tiny. She's at a great hospital with an awesome NICU- so they'll be in good hands- just a bit longer.

Well I'm onto FET cycle #2. The first cycle we transferred 3 embies with AH- and it just wasn't meant to be I guess. No real explination- just that it doesn't always work the first time. I'm getting ready for attempt #2- we still have 27 frozen embryos left- I feel so blessed for this- it was the one goo dthing that came out of the OHSS ordeal. I took the last BCP yeaterday, am on lupron, and go for my baseline u/s on Thursday. I don't think we're changing the plan- will probably do 3 again- and just pray pray pray!!! So si'm very excited to be moving forward again. In the meantime I've also taken so initiative to lose some of all this weight I've packed on. I've lost 8.6 pounds in about 3 weekend- hoping to push over that 10 pound mark Thursday- I've been back a weight watchers. I feel so much better- it was a good move- and gives me something else to focus on.
Other than that, our photography business is full swing in busy season, so its crazy here! We slow down just in time for my transfer of teh 25th- it was great timing! And speaking of vacations- we made our franchises Presidents CLub- and are going on an all exoense paid trip to Cancun in February! We are so excited- neither of us have ever been out of the country. I figure I'll either be preg- and lovin it- or thin, able to drink, and lovin it! So win win right now!!!

Lindsay- So great to hear from you!!!!...best of luck with the upcoming cycle...this will be the one...I would agree and say thank God for those 27 beautiful frozen embabies....that's a wonderful thing!!!! I am glad you and SIL have pushed issues aside ...I am worried for her and the twins also and will say a prayer for them all...hoping those babies can stay where they are a few more days!!!!

After reading so much about the Disney cruise I have mentioneed it to DH a few times now...lol...I am not sure what his plan his for October/November when we can take vacation....we know this will be the last one with just him and I for a while so who knows...but I am making the Disney Cruise one of the options...lol

I keep dreaming about the babies...not sure what that means...but last night they were two girls...well in my dream...but all along I have thought one and one....Baby A is well behaved and Baby B...well he/she gives us a hard time getting heartbeat and always flips over butt first for pics...so I always leaned towards one and one...I guess in these final days as we wait to find out my mind is working overtime on me..ha ha

Praying for those twins...stay with your mommy a lil longer before you enter the world lil ones!!!!

You too Jessica! Thanks for all the prayers. Thats too funny about Baby B - SIL's baby B is the same way. They haven'y found out what they're having-I don't think they would have been able too even if they wanted! It'll be funny if they end up being the same sex! Going on a Babymoon sounds like so much fun(I hope that our trip in Feb. turns out to be).

We have thrown around Bahamas...not sure how I feel about that one as we go to an all inclusive with drinks and water sports and it would be a huge waste of money for me...lol....Florida is another option....DH went to college down there so it always turns into a "publicity tour" more than a vacation but maybe we can squeeze both in...a few days with his friends and a few days in the Keys???....the Disney Cruise is now part of the equation...I guess it depends on what my dr says in our next two visits....I know they stop travel sooner with twins than singles but I don't know when that will be...TRACY- any ideas? We can be kind of flexible with the dates just in case the dr restricts us...we will see soon.

Yeah- all inclusive would be a waste. My vote is for the Disney Cruise!!!! A little alone time for you and DH- its always fun to visit friends- but could a little consuming! I know my SIL had to stop traveling after 24 weeks-couldn't go over an hour away.

Lindsay ~ oh my gosh, I hope all goes well with your nieces/nephews....sending lots of ! Glad to hear you were able to recover from your OHSS and cycle this summer......sorry it didn't work out the first time, but hoping all goes well this time around! Terri ~ Congrats on !! Did you cycle at CCRM? I remember you were doing the extra testing on the embryos and just wondered where you did that at?

My work will not allow me to travel anymore, they do not want to take the risk....I read in one of my books that flying up to 24 weeks would be fine as always double check with your OB. I know with twins we are more at risk with preterm labor. I hope you can get in a vaca before the babies are born. I don't think I would have enough energy to go on a vaca.

WOW it is going to take me forever to catch up on everyone....

As for the mother's guess on what Baby A is, I would have to say I think it is a girl. Baby B (boy) HR was 162 Baby A HR is 148. I think that girls are a bit slower. I know you really can't tell by that but its just a gut feeling im having.

Thanks Tracy~ I thought it was somewhere around 24 weeks....so that means I can travel up to November 1st (if they let my fly up to that point)...I guess DH and I better get to planning fast...thanks for your help!!

Linz~ It was sooo good to hear from you!!!....I'm sorry to hear all that you've gone through too. I knew about the very severe OHSS, but I'm sorry the first FET didn't work out!...That is ok-- this is going to be cycle for you.
Just know you are in my !.....
As far as the SIL drama- I had forgotten yours was preggo too. I know it can be hard but it sounds like you are pulling through & really being there for them with her going into preterm labor. I'll definitely be praying for your family that those babies stay snuggled in for awhile longer.
I'm so grateful I've gotten through the drama with my SIL. Our vacay to Myrtle Beach was good. My brother & SIL didn't end up going which was good b/c the IVF had gotten canceled a few weeks prior to that on my anniversary!....It was good to get away. As far as the headaches I do think they were related to all the hormones, plus my E2 shot up extremely fast. I think I would have been well on my way to OHSS too....For the most part the headaches are under control & I'm feeling much better.
I still am not sure what to do concerning IF. I thought about switching to an RE that is here in my hometown & see if she would be willing to do several IUI's with me, but I don't know. The thing with the blood mutation is I may or may not have to be on blood thinner through pregnancy & that totally freaks me out although I've seen plenty of women on here do it. Because my other levels are normal I may be able to get away with the baby aspirin. We'll see.......There is a part of me that wants to just go ahead with the adoption process....I know one way or another it will all work it self out.

Angie- how are you doing girlie?......

Jess- planning a vacay before the babies get here sounds great!!! It will be yours & DH's last big trip before the babies- that would be so nice!!!.....

Linz The situation with your s-i-l sounds sooo stressful. How is she holding up? It's wonderful how you and she have pulled together. It is so hard to watch others ger preg when it isn't that easy for some of us but you're right family is family. Keeping you s-i-l in my . The mexico trip sounds awesome - great that you got it through work and don't have to pay. It's great that you are off bcps (may have mentioned this on the other thread..) and are ready to "really" start your cycle. How are you feeling? Awesome that you're losing weight - I have no will power . I've been losing some but only b/c I have to watch my sodium intake b/c of hbp. The fear of losing the baby helped majorly with my will power issues.

Jessica A trip before the babies are born sounds great. I'm partial to the disney cruise and I'm sure you gathered but any trip sounds fun. I love to travel.

Karla You're right things will work themselves out - they always do. For me, I'll be at an impass with something and at some point (after much ) the answer becomes clear. So glad you are feeling better.

Terri hiya - so glad you joined us.

I've been doing well - having ms which is pretty bad but I appreciate it too - very reassuring. Only prob is that if I keep (wish there was an icon for throwing up LOL) they might have to put me on some meds to stop it. I'm on blood pressure meds and they really need to stay down so.... I had some light (very light) brown tinged dc over the weekend and got a bit upset but the nurse wasn't worried - all seems to be fine. Still I'll be happy to hear the hb again on thursday. Hope everyone has a good day!!

Audra- I hope the m/s gets better, but I can understand what you mean about it being reassuring too.
I agree, with many, many prayers everything will be clear for me & DH & what we should next on our TTC journey....It feels good not to worry as much, although there are times I feel worry creep up on me, I just know God's got it.
How is Jen (Giggles) doing?.....
