Hello~

AF showed up this morning . So on to the next step. They want me to do a round of Ovulation Induction w/ Timed Coitus. Has anyone done this? They called in Estrace for me to start taking today for the next three days then on to either Clomid or Letrozol on Monday for 6 days. Then u/s for the next few days and hopfully on the 13th I will get a trigger shot then BD for as long as they tell me to.

This last cycle was my first cycle with my RE which was a fact finding cylce... The findings were that my body is doing everything it should be doing which means unexplained infertility! Just what I wanted to hear.

Tell me what I am in for in english please.....

We did it for one cycle (would have been 3 but I only ovulated once with Clomid). The cycle that resulted in a pregnancy was my first IUI cycle, but since we didn't have any known issues other than my lack of ovulation, I don't know that the IUI is what made the difference.

The good news is you're ovulating. Im assuming your DH SA is normal. I took clomid for the first time this cycle. It wasn't so bad. Had a few headaches and hotflashes, slightly more emotional. But nothing bad. I took 50 mg days 5-9. Now waiting for my pos opk to BD.

I think this is generally the 1st step for most. Sounds like you're being monitored a little more than me. You will know based on u/s when you're about to ovulate (based on follicle size). Then the trigger will help release the egg. Then BD, then 2ww. Dont stress to much. Good luck.

This might be aTMI but I have to ask.... I am having EW/CM and feel like I am waisting it. I am stimming and awaiting the trigger shot. I feel as if DH should save up (the boys) for the BD after the trigger but still feel like I could be BD now.... Any thoughts???????

BD now. 24 to 48 hrs recovery for the boys to build back up is fine. Im very new to this too but Ive learned not to make sex a chore, or only having sex when you're ovulating. Try not to have your sex life revolve around conceiving. I know its hard but its so important.
