endometrial biopsy
Has anyone had unexplained infertility and requested having an endometrial biopsy? I've heard (including from my RE) that after you have one there is a chance of becoming pregnant.
I've gone through a failed IVF cycle and two cryo cycles. I'm thinking of doing the biopsy before my next IVF in January and just wanted some thoughts.

After having "unexplained infertility" I transferred to a new RE. He did a SHG and after seeing that I had a very thick endometrial lining, went ahead and did the biopsy. He said my lining was very polypy and thick and there is no way an embryo can attach to it. I had it done the 1st week of November, but am on BCP until I can do my next IUI. I would imagine that your chances of conception are higher after its cleaned out and fresh.
