Hello,
I've started receiving treatments from an acupuncturist recommended by my RE. After doing a lot of Internet research, it appears well-documented that acupuncture can be a wise complimentary treatment. Goals for my treatments are #1 to improve the blood flow to my uterus, and #2 stress-reduction. Additionally, as I have 5 bulging discs from an accident 5 years ago, I hope for some pain relief, too. I'm now following the fertility diet but am a little concerned about the potential for weight gain with increasing my intake of red meat, dairy and eggs. I just lost 44 pounds over the past 2 years and do tend to gain weight easily. But my babies need more than a 4mm lining, so it's worth the extra exercise Anyone used acupuncture? I'll be having a treatment immediately before and immediately following our transfer, too.
