Soki,
My RE suggested "Circuit Training" as apposed to a full cardio or full weight-training regimen. I’ve been circuit training for about six months, and I have to say, I really like it. I am a member of an all female “30 minutes workout” place in my small town. Not only do I enjoy the workout, which the owner changes almost every day, but I enjoy the members too. So, circuit training gets my vote! By the way, what is "Yogabootyballet"?

Circut training is great because there's already a plan of what to do before you get there.
Yogabootyballet is along the lines or tai-bo or other fad aerobic workouts... but it just has the best name, right? ![]()

I loved yoga when I was trying to get pregnant before. It really helped me to calm down and relax. I loved it so much I did prenatal yoga later on! Walking is also a great thing to relieve stress and release those endorphins that help you feel happier, too. I'm also a fan of dance so I take ballet on a weekly basis and although the stretches sometimes hurt, they help me to feel really good.

Are you talking about before anythings been done or after?
I'm thinking that I'll keep exercising like I've always done but once I get into a cycle and have an IUI done I'm going to put myself on bedrest (as practical as possible) until I find out if I'm pregnant or not. I'm sure you can be really active but I don't want to do anything that I'll feel guilty about later.
Swimming seems really low-impact but is swimming safe? Can anything go up that increase chances or infection or what not? |
