exercise during 2ww after iui

Any thoughts from anyone on this subject. My RE told me that it was fine to exercise after my IUI. I swim, jog and and play volleyball. Has anyone heard any different from their RE?

My RE said the most important days are the day of IUI and 3 days after. Then you can resume normal activities.

My RE has said to not do any exercise the day of the IUI (it is ok before)but that you could resume your normal routine the next day - just don't over do it.

My RE said exercise was fine-walking and swimming are the best. And to try not to get my heart rate over 140. Apparently eggs and sperm (and embryos) need to be kept cooler, and when your HR goes up too high, so does your body temperature. So just try not to overdo it.

My doc said no running or heavy weights - walking, swimming, yoga are best. Wish I had the motivation to do any of it! It would be nice to be fit if I'm not getting pregnant!!!
