Oh thank you Jessica. It is weird because I know I am smaller but I just dont feel that I look better. I feel like I just look like a smaller version of my flabby self, lol!!! My next step is introducing more toning and strength training. I need to build muscle I really have no muscle tone. BTW I stole the weight loss ticker idea from you, I hope you dont mind .

Oh Mia I love sharing with friends :-)
I don't feel any different either but I am starting to fit in to some of my tighter stuff without having to lay down.

You both make me sick LOL! Here I am at the same ole darn weight!!!!

I tried SlimFast today....bleck! I tried and tried and only got down half the shake. That should help me lose quick, making myself sick!

So, I went to Wal-Mart and got some fruit and veggies, a nice big bag of salad that I added some carrots, ham, and turkey to. Hoping that will do me for lunches. Dh is also doing pretty good eating well. My cousin doesn't eat any red meat and is super really thin. She said that she would give me some really good recipes that are low in calories and fat, I'm just waiting on her to do that! We've been baking and grilling fish and chicken and steaming vegetables to eat. I have also upped my milk intake. I am trying to have at least one glass every other day which is much better than what I used to drink--nothing.

Today, I am not craving chocolate, but am having the munchies. Eating a ton of broccoli and cauliflower is probably just as bad as eating a darn candybar!

Stephanie~ I could only do the slimfast as long as it was in the freezer for a little while. It was kind of like a milk shake that way. If you don't mind would you pass along your recipes from your cousin?

Absolutely! And, I'll try putting it in the fridge. I am doing my K2O protein water and that is some pretty darn good stuff!

I would like some recipes too :-) I notice the slimfast is easier to drink the colder it is, I add ice now. I'm getting tired of it though lol.

I have heard a lot of good things about the K20 water. Do any of you know if it has sugar in it?

Yep I have been drinking the protein water a lot too.

Stephanie- Did you get the powder that you add to bottles of water or the already prepared water? I have been getting the packets (it is cheaper) and can only find the iced tea and the only place I have been able to find any of the water is at walmart. I know there is a pink lemonade flavor darn it, and I want to try it.

Recipe swapping sounds like fun, count me in!!!

I honestly enjoy weight watchers my mom and I have been going together and a few other friends have joined along the way ( my mom has lost 48 pounds) I have the online membership and you can use all the tools and it makes it a lot easier they have some neat new gadgets to figure points. one is a calculator it is electronic you just enter in calories fat and fiber and it tells you how many points the item is.
