Wanna............I was impressed. Usually everything at Quizno's is high in calories. These were low and yummy. How is the possible adoption of the infant going? Have you heard anymore??

mia - I love those Reeses PB eggs too! I can't buy a whole pack because I would eat them in one sitting! I'm a chocoholic anyway...add the PB and I'm done! LOL!!!

ShellyO - Since it's been nice, I've been taking my dog for a walk too. She's just a little dog...Shih Tzu. They just built a park about 5 minutes from our house so I've been taking her there and we walk for about 20 minutes. Hopefully once she gets used to it, we will walk longer, but she's a little overweight and I don't want to make her do too much at first. It will be good exercise for her and it also gets me moving.

Well, unfortunately I splurged this weekend too! And for no special reason other than the fact that I wanted an ice cream cake from DQ so I got one. We did take a walk yesterday and worked out in the yard for a few hours so that was a plus. It is raining and yucky out now, so I haven't gotten much done today.

I desparately HATE exercise so I really have to force myself into it. I haven't figured it out yet. I like taking my dog for walks, but she is a little overweight with arthritis so she can't walk for long.

What other ideas do you have for exercising? I would love to join the Y for their pool, but with the closest one being 30 minutes away and me feeling self-conscious in a bathing suit, I don't think I would actually go. I need to find some kind of hobby or sport that I like enough to keep up with.

One of my friends who used to do Weight Watchers told me that if you absolutely have to have chocolate, then this is what you need to do. Buy some of the bite size pieces of chocolate and place them in the freezer. When you absolutely have to have a piece of chocolate, pull out one of the frozen pieces of chocolate and eat that. Since it is frozen, it is supposed to make your brain think that you are eating more than what you really are because you are working at it longer.

Makes sense to me.

I cant get motivated to excersise! ) : I do want to say that i am a seriousSSSSS chocaholic and when i go with out eating it i get migraines < sp? because of my lack of caffine ( i mean cry it hurts so bad). I usually eat at least 3 chocolate things a day but i heard about this bubble chocolate that makes you think you are eating alot of chocolate but it is mostly air so really you are only eating a little amount. Mia........I was a huge soda addict. It was very hard to stop, but I did it. I understand the migraines. One way I combatted the problem was with Excedrin Migraine. This really helped. I understand the need for chocolate. I too belong to the Choco Addicts Anonymous. If I have a good day, I reward myself with sugar free choco jello, or one of those mini microwave brownie things. I know that it doesn't help much, but those are a few things that I do. Oh, junior mints are a really good choco snack or a few choco covered pretzels. A little choco isn't bad don't beat yourself up about it.

Oh I love choc w/ peanut butter. Frymomma have you ever seen a doc for your migraines. I have had them all my life but they are more under control now (except when on hormones when TTC) but I take Zomig for it. But you have to be careful it is pregnancy category C so I dont take it after ovulation. But there are some things that can help there are certain antidepressants that even help that are okay for pregnancy. Maybe you could ask your doc next time.

Oh my Goodness. The punches just keep coming. My credit/debit card has been stolen and the money is flowing out. I dont understand theifs. I am really bad about losing my card and so i thought it was just in my car or something and called to check it out today (lost it Friday) and what do you know over $200 gone. but God is good and the bank and police are going to clear it all up. No i have not seen anyone about the miagranes but that is because of the same reason i havent seen anyone about my depression issues, I hate meds....I know it is crazy because i will take meds for a baby but nothing else. Wierd hu?
So i have done really well on eating habbits today even though b/c of all the drama i wanted to eat a whopper i didnt. lol. I went and bought food (w/ what money i had left. haha) I got string cheese and the new special k bliss bars for snacks and i got english muffins for breakfast sandwiches w/ canadian bacon, and i got the best lean cuisine i ever tasted "Southwest-style Chicken Pannini" it was the bomb. I was hesatent b/c before i knew i was prego and for the 10 days i did know I threw away every lean cuisine i tasted cuz they made me sick but looks like i am good to go now. It is bitter sweet j/k

Not to sound vian but I have my housewarming party on the 15th and I am determined to look good in the pics (plus we have guests coming that we haven't seen since b4 I got pregnanct with Tristan) so I am starting the slim fast diet for now along with my exercising and was wondering if anyone else tried this? Did it work??

I haven't tried slim fast. I don't know that I have ever heard too much about it.

I can't believe your Credit Card was stolen! That is really terrible. People are dumb!

I am doing really badly on the diet. I took salad to work to eat and that just really makes me crave chocolate. I have been extremely down the last couple of days and food is my best friend sooooo.....bad news.

Crying- girl everything makes me crave chocolate too. have you tried the Bliss bars from Special K? or the curves brand of chocolate granola? They are not really over chocolatey or fake tasting they are really good and a great alternative. I keep them in my desk.

MomtoTristen- That is not vain if i ever get enough confidence back we are suppose to get family portriats done. we have not had them in 2 years and collin has changed so much. I tried the slimfast for like a week. I had an aunt who lost weight on it.
