I can make you skinny
Is anyone watching this show?? I think it's on either Discovery health or TLC. If yes what do you think of it? Anything helpful? I thought about DVRing it to skip thru commericals but not sure it's worth it.

I saw a preview for it a couple days ago, where he was having everyone tap their sinuses. I went around all day tapping my sinuses, lol

Working hard in therapy .
