Hi there
I have heard good things about wheatgrass and royal jelly and wanted to start taking this...any suggestions on what kind should I get and where to order?
wheatgrass is available in pill/liquid/grow at home forms ..pls let me know which kind did u go for?

about royal jelly I am more unclear-does it also come as pills?
I have been searching online but I am not sure if thats the way to go. I couldnt find them in grocery stores here. Jamba juice has the wheatgrass but cant be there everyday..lol!
Please make some suggestions..

The RJ/BP is supposed to be much better when you get the kind in honey and not the pill form. The majority of the people on this forum that us RJ/BP get the kind in honey. I also got this at Vitamin shoppe.
