Royal Jelly & Bee Pollen

I am diagonsed with low AMH. I want to start taking Royal Jelly & Bee Pollen. Can I take it throught out the cycle or till I ovulate? I read on line some where that it should be taken till ovulation, cause it is not good during pregnancy. So I am not sure if I can take it my whole cycle or not.Thaks!

You can take it till you get a . Not sure what type of treatment for fertility you might be taking but if doing an IVF cycle then you take it till the egg retrieval and then you stop. The recommended amount of time is a minimum of 3 months but some people on the board have gotten a after only using it for 2 months. Obviously the longer you are on it the better chances. Hope you are also doing accupunture at the same time to highten your chances.

Blessings to you on getting

Thank you. I am not going for any IVF as of now. I got one of my ovary removed due to dermoid cyst 3 months back. After the surgery, when i first got my periods, my FSH was very high. Doc thought that my other ovary takes time to respond. Next periods my FSH was normal, but low AMH. With ultrasound and blood work on day 10, Doc said i would be ovulating around day 13. I missed my third period (I was very normal before the surgery, this is the firstime i missed periods in my whole life.). When i went for ultrasound after 2 weeks of my missed period, doc found that i ovulated again, which is wiered and dont know the reason. So asked me wait for my next period, which i got today.
My doc want me to wait for 3 natural cycles before going for IVF. I wanted to try Royal Jelly & Bee Pollen which i came accross this site.
Can i take it through out the cycle, i mean even after ovulation? I get this doubt because, with ivf, egg retrieval is done at ovulation, so ppl here say that they stop taking royal jelly after egg retrieval. But i am not going for ivf, so I wanted to know if i have to continue after ovulation or not.
I also heard about DHEA, I asked my doc, but he thinks it can make no difference, but he want to go on with it if i really want to. What would you suggest? if i have take what is the dossage that i should start with?
Thank you so much for reading this big.

Yes you deffinately can take it through out the entire cycle. RJ/BP does so many awsome things. The vitamin levels are very high and acts as a Superfood/High Potancy vitamin to nurish your ovaries, eggs and uterus. Even though you ovulated you still have eggs that need to be nurished and the entire hormonal cycle is really 150 days long but the last 90 days are the most vital. Meaning all that you do or do not do that you need to affects your eggs and their quality. The only reason to stop taking RJ/BP is during your 2ww after you tried to conceive, or till you get a positive . This is because the baby might have a BEE sting/BEE product allergy.

Here is some more info on RJ/BP

Royal Jelly

Royal jelly is an organic material secreted by honey bees and used as a food for bee larvae. It is rich in the nucleic acids, RNA, and DNA, as well as gelatin, one of the precursors of collagen. Researchers at Valhalla, New York, found that royal jelly also contains a complex compound that stimulates glands and normalizes the reproductive systems of both men and women, acting as a natural hormone. Royal jelly traditionally has been used to prolong youthfulness and improve skin beauty; research indicates that it also may increase energy and alleviate anxiety, sleeplessness, moodiness, and memory loss as well as bolstering the immune system. Other studies have shown that chickens, pigs, and roosters grew larger, lived longer, and showed more fertility and sexual activity after being fed royal jelly. According to Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly, Propolis and Honey by Rita Elkins, M.A., royal jelly also is sometimes recommended as a treatment for:
·Menopause related symptoms
·Impotence
·Infertility
·Chronic fatigue
· Skin blemishes and wrinkles
· Viral and bacterial infections
·Endocrine system disorders
· Hormonal imbalances
· Coronary artery disease
