Detox; Master Cleanse
Has anyone tried a master cleanse or other detox type program prior to IVF. I did master cleanse for a few days and then my period came and I cracked (oh the cravings). I'm currently taking royal jelly and bee pollen, salmon oil, vitex, metformin, Lydia Pinkham's and a prenatal vitamin...gearing up for IVF likely in Nov. I do have Pcos so my weight is an issue but I'm happy to announce that I'm 20 pounds lighter than I was when I got married a year ago. I'm no longer working (to eliminate stress). Okay, I'm rambling...what did you try and how successful were you with it?

What is master cleanse?
I have started to do some bikram yoga to try to sweat out all the toxins!
