I started Royal Jelly last month and continued taking it even after ovulation. During my ovulation when I have been at my RE, they checked for my cervical mucus and I didn’t have any. This is first time (in 1 year period of monitoring, every cycle I always had good results for PCT which checks for the mucus and how good it is for sperm).The only difference this time is that I started taking this Royal Jelly. I stopped when I came to know about mucus. I was curious know if any had such problem with Royal Jelly or heard about it.
What do you suggest, Should I continue this month or not? Any advice is appriciated

Is there any way to naturally improve cervical mucus? Thank you
