Very confused: No lines??

I took a cheapie early result home pregnancy test on 12 dpo. It wasn't my first urine of the day but it was early. I had an inconclusive result. No lines in the control window or the test window. I took another test later that day and got a negative result . I can accept the negative result if i know that i'm not testing to early. Am I testing to early? I did have a trigger shot if that makes a difference

I think 12 days post ovulation is too early to test. If I recall, I had my first test 12 days post 3dt, or 15 days post ovulation. Also, if no line shows up, that means the test is faulty since the other line is the "control" line.

Good luck.

k.

I think that 12 DPO can be too early. Also, if the window didn't show any lines I would guess it is a faulty test. Since we are supposed to use first morning urine, the test later in the day could very possibly not be accurate, especially 12 DPO.

I would wait a couple days and test again!
