anti ovarian antibodies

Hi, I was recently tested for anti-ovarian antibodies. My RE just wanted to "cover the bases," since my FSH jumped from the 6-9 range prior to the miscarriage to 17 after the miscarriage. She said (via nurse) that the fsh could be "falsly elevated" if I had AOA. I haven't read anything to that effect, but most of the articles were too technical for me to understand.

Has anyone been tested for these? I have no auto-immune issues that I am aware of. But, if I have a positive result, I believe the protocol is to take prednisone or dexamethasone prior to starting the next cycle.

Any info on this?

Have appt. with new RE on Feb. 25th to discuss options, possibly moving on to DE.

He suggested modified cornell protocol, and I flunked. He canceled cycle. But, we got a suprise on that cycle anyway (the old fashioned way!)

At 7 week US, saw that embryo stopped developing at 5 weeks.

Will do three natural cycles, then DE.
