Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor
I had my 3rd miscarriage in November which absolutly broke my heart. They have been running a ton of tests to see the cause if there were any for the reasons I miscarry. Well I have been diagnosed with PAI (Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor). Basically the plasminogen activator that breaks down blood clots is not working like they should therefore causing me to miscarry. So when I do get pregnant they would put me on Lovenox and hopefully allow me to carry the baby to term
 I have never heard of this before so I was wondering if anyone else has been diagnosed with this?

__________________ Me:26 low progestrone, Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor DH:30 low sperm count, morphology TTC since 04-05 05/00- mc  02/04- eptopic IVF #1- 04/07  FET- 09/29 10/10-  10/29-saw 1 heartbeat!!!  11/12- counld't find the heartbeat  11/14- confirmed miscarraige 11/19- D & C Will be trying natually for a couple months, then 1st quarter 09 will be trying another IVF cycle
