pregnant but worried about natural killer cells

Hi,
I'm five weeks pregnant, and I have endometriosis. I just read about endo women having increased risk of NK cells causing miscarriages. At five weeks, am I still at risk? Should I get tested? Is there something I can take now to prevent a NK-related miscarriage from happening? I did get tested for a full panel of antibody issues which came back clean. Thanks. -Sky
