I was just diagnosed and my OB referred me to my RE who is referring me to either Duke or UNC perinatal... kinda concerns me when a specialist referrs to another specialist.

I was wondering...how did you even know you needed to be tested for your issues? Right now I don't even know what I need to be tested for. Seems the doctors will do any test I ask for, but what if I don't know what to ask for? My husband and I are meeting with a new RE this Monday and I'm afraid I won't have the right questions to ask or ask for the right tests! Did your doctor suggest the testing or how did that work?

sorry I haven't been on here in a long time! The tests that were done were recommended by my RE trying to find why I had 2 MCs. I actually had a friend who is a MD retest me for antithrombin III deficiency and it came out normal!! My advice for anyone who is told they have a blood issue or something is to get retested before relying on results!!

Anyway, it looks like you are trying to conceive (no MC) so I think they should test to see if you ovulate. they will take blood a certain day of your cycle (day 11 maybe) and check your progesterone. Looks like you already had a HSG. They will also check your DH. I feel like I've done a lot of research on stuff so feel free to PM me I wish you the best!!!!
