 Karla Me- 26- PCOS, MTHFR (Taking B12, B6, Prenatal, & Folgard) DH- 26- Perfect  My lil Chihuahua MayaTTC - Since July 05' 3/13/07  D&C (Natural cycle)3/31/08 Day 3 Labs- E2 25/ FSH 6/ LH 7.1 June/July IVF canceled for a number of reasons...... October 08- Trying a "natural" cycle- 11/5/08 23 mm follie seen at u/s...told me I should ovulate within 2 days- HPT 11/18-  November 08- Trying another "natural" cycle......   ...trying to determine next steps for the rest of 2008/2009....

Me (Kelly) - 31, blocked right tube, PCOS DH - 34, low motility - Sadie TTC #1 since 1/05 11/05-1/06: 3 cycles of Clomid 100mg, all 7/07-12/07: IUI x 5 with Clomid/Letrozole, all 2/1/08 - HSG - right tube blocked  IVF#1 5/5/08 - ER - 46 follicles aspirated, 30 eggs retrieved, 24 are mature, 17 fertilized. Cycle canceled due to OHSS. FET #1 on 6/9/08 - single blast transferred... FET #2 on 9/10/08 - single blast transferred  10/15/08 - D&C for miscarriage .10/30/08 - Follow-up appt to discuss next FET.

Lots of follies!! -10/16: Lots of growing follies!! Thank you God! -10/23: Retrieved 26 eggs/24 mature and injected via ICSI!! Thank you God!! -October 26th! PUPO!! Transferred two 8AA embryos, Perfect! -11/10 - BETA! for !! Please lord bless us with a baby.

Got Beta moved up to 5/28! 75 2nd Beta 5/30 204 3rd Beta 6/4 1876 6/10 u/s saw gestational sac and yolk 6/18 u/s measured perfect and saw heartbeat IT'S A BOY!

Cari 33-endometiosis and tilted uterus DH 38- low count and mobility Live in Chicago Illinois 1 son concieved in December 2002 after 5 cycles of IUI, the light of my life!! IVF #1 BFP but m/c at 8 weeks IVF #2 BFN IVF#3 BFN FET May 1,2008 Beta#1 11dp5dt=78 Beta#2 13dp5dt=173 Beta#3 15dp5dt=397 1st U/S 5/23 at 5w6d 1 bean possible h/b flicker? 2nd U/S 5/30 measuring 6w3d (actually 6w6d) with a h/b of 121!!!! 3rd U/S 6/11 measuring 8w2d (actually 8w4d) with a h/b of 176 released to OB 9/3 20 week fetal growth u/s heartbeat 164, very active baby but now keeping an eye on a low lying placenta 28 week scan....PLACENTA MOVED UP!!!!! 31 weeks....now we are on pregnancy induced hypertention watch. EDD 1.18.09 or maybe not...baby had other plans...Evan Michael arrived at 33 weeks weighing 3lb 12 oz

Me (34) high FSH - 13.3, hypothyroid DH (52) very high sperm count, but low motility. ICSI necessary Neither one of us has children and I have never been pregnant. Hopeful and 1st IVF begins 4/08 day 2 FSH 10.6 4/7 - 4/21 BCP 4/25 - 5/6 - Menopur 75U and 150U, Follistim 450U 4/30 - 5/6 - Ganirelix 5/8 - ER - 9 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 4 fertilized 5/11 - ET - transferred two 8 cell embies - a grade 1 and grade 2!! 5/22 - 5/25 - begin taking 100mg dhea per day 2nd IVF begins 6/24 Lupron Flare day 2 FSH 10.6 6/26 - 7/13 BCP 7/7 - Endometrial Scratching 7/11 - Endometrial Scratching 7/16 - 7/27 MicroLupron 7/18 - 7/26 Follistim, Menopur 7/28 - ER - 8 eggs, 7 mature, 5 fertilized. 7/31 - ET - transferred 3 grade 1, 8 cell embryos 8/9 - HPT - holy smokes!yay!8/11 - Beta - I'M !!

Blue-Our Golden Retriever PuppyTTC-2+years-with long breaks due to cysts 3-08 CD 3 bloodwork  FSH-3.9,Est.35,LH-2 IVF #1 May 08- 49 eggs, 32 embies frozen No fresh transfer due to OHSS FET#1 and #2- both unsuccessfull 24 snowbabies left FET#3- Nov/Dec-new plan- no BCPs, change estrogen to estring and planning on thawing 5 and transferring at least 4. 10/23-started acupuncture- loving it!!!! 11/3-Start Lupron 10u 11/23-Drop Lupron to 5u, start estring 12/1-U/S 12/9-Target FET
