vitamin b12 deficiency

I have been diagnosed with a Vitamin B12 deficiency...my level was 179, to get me back up to 1500 my doctor gave me injections 7 days a week and then now once a month....have been trying to get pregnant unsuccesfully....I am now taking a b complex everyday on top of the injections....does anyone know if this deficiency could have been the cause of my inability to get pregnant?
